Xingyi. Overnight in Xingyi.

Xingyi - At approximately 9:00 am, the guide and driver will meet the operator in the hotel lobby in Xingyi and transport them to the Wanfenglin Scenic Area.

Wanfenglin Scenic Area - The operator will spend 2-3 hours exploring the Wanfenglin area, utilizing the local shuttle bus and strolling through the villages to admire the breathtaking natural scenery. Wanfenglin, known as the Forest of Ten Thousand Peaks, is divided into the east and west peak forests, each offering unique landscapes and representing a classic Karst landform. It is a significant part of the national scenic area of Maling River Canyon. The east peak forest is noted for its Karst peak cluster landform, while the west peak forest features a highland Karst landform. With its grand and beautiful scenery, Peak Forest offers a sense of wonderland, as if stepping into a scroll painting of green-grey peaks and golden fields, evoking a feeling of paradise.

Malinghe Scenic Area - After lunch in Xingyi city, the operator will proceed to the Malinghe Gorge. Located in the northeastern part of the scenic area, the Malinghe Gorges feature waterfalls cascading from hilltops along the valley, with various Karst caves behind the falls or in the cliffs. The riversides are lush with subtropical plants.

The most stunning part of the gorge is Tian Xing Hua Lang, or the Heavenly Star Gallery, which stretches about 2 kilometers with an average depth of 200 meters. Numerous cascades create a breathtaking picture of the grand canyon. The operator will walk down to the canyon’s bottom, stroll along the gorge, and finally climb up through another gate. The entire sightseeing trip through Xian Xing Hua Lang takes about 2.5 hours, so wearing suitable hiking shoes is recommended. A cable car is available for an additional fee for those who prefer not to walk.

Xingyi - At the conclusion of the day, the guide will escort the operator back to the hotel.

Xingyi - Anshun. Overnight in Huangguoshu.

Xingyi - At around 9:00 am, the guide and driver will meet the operator in the hotel lobby in Xingyi and drive them to the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area (180 km, approximately 2.5 hours driving).

Huangguoshu Waterfalls - The Huangguoshu Waterfall, resembling a miniature Milky Way, is the largest waterfall in Asia, standing 74 meters (243 feet) high and 81 meters (266 feet) wide. It is a must-see attraction in Guizhou Province.

The waterfall national park comprises three main areas: Waterfalls Cluster, Water-Curtain Cave, and Rhinoceros Pool (Xi Niu Tan).

The operator will first visit the Waterfall-Viewing Pavilion (Guan Pu Ting) to see the entire waterfall panorama. From the Water-Viewing Pavilion (Wang Shui Ting), the grand scene of surging water can be observed. The third viewing point is the Water-Viewing Pavilion (Wang Shui Ting) beside the Rhinoceros Pool. The magnificent night view of the grand waterfall leaves a lasting impression.

Anshun - Bijie. Overnight in Anshun.

Zhijin Cave of Guizhou - The Zhijin Cave Scenic Spot is located in Zhijin County, southwest China’s Guizhou Province. It consists of four parts: Zhijin Old Town, Zhijin Cave, Jiehe Gorge, and Hongjia Ferry. The Zhijin Cave, also known as Daji Cave (Hit Rooster Cave), is the most captivating and renowned. It is one of China’s largest Karst caves.

As the operator walks along the illuminated gallery stretching 13.5 km, they can appreciate the most complete Karst terrain, featuring as many as 58 hall-like caves. The Silver Rain Tree, the most beautiful stalactite, stands 17 meters high and sparkles like a soaring ivory pagoda.

Anshun - Kaili. Overnight in Xijiang.

Xijiang Miao Nationality Village - At the end of the day, the guide will escort the operator to their hotel.

Kaili - Zhenyuan - Tongren. Overnight in Jiangkou.

Kaili - At around 9:00 am, the guide and driver will meet the operator in the hotel lobby in Xijiang and drive them to the Zhenyuan Ancient Town Scenic Area (120 km, approximately 2 hours driving).

Zhenyuan Old Town - Zhenyuan Ancient Town, a national 5A-level tourist attraction, is situated on the bank of the Wuyang River, surrounded by mountains in Zhenyuan County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China’s Guizhou Province. The river winds through the town in an “S” shape. The mossy stone slabs, black bricks, and tiles with slight signs of wear tell stories of the town’s serene past. As night falls, the town is beautifully adorned by the lights reflecting in the river.

Tongren. The tour concludes.

Mount Fanjing - Fanjing Mountain was added to UNESCO’s World Heritage list during the 42nd session of the World Heritage Committee in Manama, Bahrain, on July 2.

The mountain is renowned for its magnificent natural landscape and subtropical ecology, featuring rare plants and wildlife. With great biological diversity and integrity, it is home to 4,394 plant species and 2,767 animal species. The operator will enter the mountain via the east gate, take the cable car halfway up the hill, and then hike for about 30 minutes to reach the mushroom stone area, continuing to climb to the top of the Hong Yun Jin Ding area.

At the end of the tour, the guide will escort the operator to Tongren airport or train station, marking the conclusion of the Guizhou tour.
