Puyo - FIRST DAY.
The journey begins with a bus ride from Puyo to the Villain River, lasting 3 hours. - Puyo - FIRST DAY.
The journey begins with a bus ride from Puyo to the Villain River, lasting 3 hours. Following this, a motor canoe is used to travel downstream on the Villain River for another 3 hours, during which various birds such as parrots, toucans, turkeys, and orioles can be observed. The destination is the Nichacocha community. Lunch is provided, followed by an introduction to the area and interaction with a Quichua family. Camping is arranged, with dinner and overnight accommodation in a cabin equipped with tents.
SECOND DAY.
After breakfast, a 4-hour trek through the primary forest is undertaken, with explanations about the diverse botanical species, including medicinal, ornamental, poisonous, fruit, and vegetable fiber plants. There is a chance to see monkeys at a salt lick. Lunch is served. In the afternoon, a visit to a yucca and banana plantation is scheduled, along with demonstrations of chicha preparation, ceramics, and tobacco. Participants can practice using a blowgun and enjoy recreational activities in the river. Dinner and tent accommodation are provided.

In the afternoon visit a yucca and banana plantation. Demonstration of the elaboration of chicha, ceramics and tobacco.
THIRD DAY.
After breakfast we sail to a lagoon where we will go piranha fishing. Lunch.
In the afternoon, a short walk to observe gigantic and ancient trees.
