Amazing experience! - Excellent from pickup at our hotel to drop off. Our tour guide Brian and our bus driver were great. The crew on the catamaran were just wonderful. Tortuga was beautiful. We had our own chairs, a delicious lunch, many activities to choose from or just relax on the beach and an overall amazing experience from start to finish. Would definitely suggest doing this adventure.. just plan for a fun, adventure and long day. 🥰

A day to enjoy - The bus is new and comfortable. The staff is attentive and friendly. On the catamaran, the staff stands out for their genuine, close and wonderful treatment. The captain is an approachable person and was very nice. We returned on time and everything went as planned. The only suggestion would be to add a menu of children (nugguets and potatoes).

A fun filled day! - We had a great day! The Bay Island cruises employees were very attentive and super kind. The catamaran was comfortable and the main areas were clean. The DJ and the MC kept the music and the entertainment diverse and fun. Isla tortuga is beautiful. The snorkeling was cool and safe for my children who are not experienced swimmers. The food was just ok on the island but on the boat we had lots of fresh fruits, ceviche, banana bread, that was all delicious. It’s a long excursion but super nice experience for all!

A Good Day Out - It was great to experience the Pacific Cast & this is an easy way of doing it. However it is a long day out & at £125 not cheap. The boat trip itself was excellent with lots of fresh fruit, coffee & cocktails provided. Tortuga Island is beautiful with a lovely beach & wildlife. Do the walking trail as it is well worthwhile.

The entertainment on the... - The entertainment on the boat was good. All of the crew were great! I was not happy at the end the the trip because they did not drop me off where I was picked up at, I was left in the middle of town at a gas station at 9:30 pm. I had to wait 40 minutes before I got an Uber! By the time I got to my hotel I couldn’t even have dinner

Worst Tour Experience Ever – Completely Unprofessional - This tour was an absolute disaster. Pickup was 45 minutes late with zero apology. We were promised a bilingual guide, but no one spoke English at all, making the experience confusing and unsafe. The staff was completely unprofessional, especially Brian, who was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive.
We were picked up at 6 AM and no food or drinks were provided until 12 PM, which is unacceptable. We also paid for snorkeling but did not feel safe doing it since no English-speaking staff could explain instructions or safety rules.
Worst tour experience I’ve ever had. Do not book this tour.
