Had a Great Time - My sister and I went on this sunset of tiki tour while she was visiting. Caydence and Captain Jay did a fantastic job. We got to see dolphins and a gorgeous sunset.

Great tour - Fun tour around the harbour captain Scott very knowledgeable about the area. Dave the tour guide was very helpful and personable.

Great Adventure. Exceeded Expectation - Fantastic experience. Very well organised. On time departure & return. Good safely briefing and reassuring credentials and professional capability. Cruise host (Paul) made everyone extremely welcome snd made a point of talking to each person individually. His energy snd enthusiasm were infectious. A great evening out and adventure. Would do again.

Fun even without the sunset! - The forecast called for rain and it was super cloudy, BUT the crew still made it fun. The ride was smooth, the music was great, and when the sun set, the lights on the boat gave the night some flavor. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The fun boat on Charlotte Harbor! - The Oasis is the funnest boat on the harbor! We've been out three or four times and it never disappoints. Always fun activities on board and the captain and crew are the best. Can't wait to go again!

Great Way to Experience the Harbor - We had a blast on the tiki boat. Captain Scott and first mate Candace are so friendly and personable. The views are amazing.

Unfortunate circumstance - We recently went on a tiki boat ride and overall had a nice time, but unfortunately the experience started off on a very uncomfortable note. We arrived early, before our assigned tiki boat had arrived, and there was another tiki boat already docked and waiting for their passengers. Our father is elderly, so we kindly asked the captain of that boat if he would mind letting him sit down while we waited. He was incredibly kind and welcoming and allowed us to board so our dad could rest. As it turns out, our dad had recently been on this very tiki boat and didn’t realize that they had Koozies and he asked the captain for one and he generously gave one to us all. When it was time for our boat to board, we thanked him and moved over. The captain of the boat we were booked with immediately became upset when he saw the koozies and demanded that we hand them over, replacing them with koozies from his boat. We offered to simply put them away, but he insisted we give them to him, stating that other tiki boats are not allowed to solicit customers. This was upsetting, especially for our father, who collects koozies and really liked the one he had been given. We explained that the other captain had not solicited us in any way and had only been kind, but that did not change the situation. The koozies were taken and returned to the other boat. Unfortunately, this escalated into a scene between the two captains in front of all of us, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially since none of this was our doing. After we departed (and had no choice but to listen, as we were already out on the water), the captain continued to explain a prior issue with the other gentleman in an attempt to justify the situation. We felt this was very unprofessional to put us the middle of their issues. We’re on vacation to enjoy time with our father and did not need to be included into the prior tiki drama. And at that point, the damage had already been done. We chose not to let this ruin our time with our dad and tried to move forward. The captain was pleasant afterward, and the ride itself was enjoyable, but the situation left us feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with how it was handled.
