Would use - They were late arriving for airport pickup. Driver was very kind. Spoke limited English. Was fun to ride with due to the music and moves.

Excellent service! - I booked round-trip transportation for Punta Cana and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The moment I booked, I received a WhatsApp message opening the line of communication, which made everything so smooth. They were on time, professional, and very easy to reach. On our way back to the airport we were running a little late, and our driver was incredibly patient and understanding. Truly great service. I recommend them with absolutely no hesitation!

Great but a caution - Be careful that you are in the proper location for transport costs otherwise you will get a big financial surprise when you get dropped off. The company worked with us to remedy it. We'll see how the ride back goes. Our driver was super nice, we had WIFI, & water, air conditioned, & nice vehicle

Good friendly transport option - Communication was on point with the pickup - sent confirmation/instructions in advance and was fairly easy to meet driver at airport. Return trip was great. Drivers didn't speak much English but was able to communicate just fine and they were friendly. The only complaint I have is that the car upon pickup was a bit uncomfortable and the driver drove quite fast. However, would still recommend booking if looking for a budget friendly option roundtrip.

Satisfied but disappointed on the extra fee - Drivers On time, both to/from were very communicative and accommodating, and felt very safe with my family. I give it a 3star with because of the extra fee the owner attempted to charge me because my flight was delayed and the custom line wait. Which was not informed to me during booking and they were advised of my delay by my travel agent hours prior.

After I had booked the shuttle we were charged $56 for the ROUND TRIP transport. Received an email about it costing more - After I had booked the shuttle we were charged $56 for the ROUND TRIP transport. Received an email about it costing more because the distant. We had agreed to that price. Our driver was great. However, when we got to the hotel we were told that we still owed $200 which was not the agreement. After 20 minutes of trying to explain we paid $100 to cover the round trip which we agreed on. Manager was later messaged by us to confirm our pickup and manager responded what we did was unfair which is false because it was not the original agreement and said I need to book elsewhere even though we had booked round trip. Driver gets 5 starts, management gets 0 stars.

Unreliable - Poor communication, did not pick us up at the airport had to pay a taxi $50 to get to the hotel they said they would refund our money but then offered a ride also back to the airport which I felt like I needed to come up with some ride so I use them and then they charged me as much as they would have for both directions
