Great Service - Exceptional service from start to finish! We booked a round-trip transfer from PUJ to Bahia Principe Esmeralda and the communication from Daniela was top-tier. She reached out via WhatsApp before we even left our house to confirm everything. Our driver was waiting exactly where they said he’d be with a clear sign with my name. The van was spotless, the AC was ice cold. It was such an stress-free way to start our vacation. On the way back we were picked up in an Escalade. The driver was there 5 minutes early and again a stress free drive to PUJ. Highly recommend using them over the crowded resort shuttles!"

Alta Gama Transportation - Book with Alta Gama VIP 🙌🏼 hands down the best transportation experience! Booking was super easy, and everything was seamless from the moment we landed. We were greeted at the airport and escorted straight to him , no waiting at all. We came to Punta Cana to celebrate my husband’s birthday and chose the birthday special… 10/10 worth it! As soon as we met him, he had music playing and champagne ready — such an amazing touch that set the tone immediately 🥂🎶 We also booked round-trip service, and he arrived early for pickup and even took us to a beautiful shop to grab souvenirs. The entire experience was smooth, thoughtful, and unforgettable. Such a beautiful trip — we absolutely loved Punta Cana 💕✨

Appreciate the private transport - Vehicle and our driver was perfect. Driver communicated with and explained scenes along to route! Viator didn't have our driver there on time and after we booked we had to pay an extra 30.00 due to being further down the route but that was fine and I understand.

A diaster - We arrived at airport. There was no one to greet us as advertised. Another company had to call this company. Once we found the person, we had to walk quite a bit to get to the vehicle. It was an older car and the seat belt didn't work!
