Great hoilday choice. - The location of this hotel with its mile long beach front is second to none. It makes for a wonderful seaside experience. The addition of access to a good golf course on site is the icing on the cake. A lot of work is put in by all the staff to keep everything clean and safe which provides a relaxing and comfortable experience. Our room was in Block 5 and we were very well looked after by Marisol (Perez) and her team who went out of their way to meet our various needs for which we were very grateful. We would also like to mention the team in the Carib buffet, especially the chefs on the eggs- to-order station, pasta and pancake makers. Without exception, everyone was helpful. On the service side Carmen, Miguel, Juan and Robertico in particular looked after us well at the table. Similarly the team at le Brisa worked tirelessly so thank you. We also found the teams at the golf club and in the Guest service offices were very helpful and efficient. We look forward to coming back.

Perfect 5 star - For the 5th time at this hotel so perfect in any room beach pool the food so relaxing as hotel the Service is perfect thanks to Johanny Diaz with her wonderful smile Mayra Encarnacion by that very nice and also Elizabeth Rodriguez with her excellent Service at the bar thank you I love you I already bore you

Great, easy transfer - Our driver was waiting for us when we got out of baggage claim, quickly took us to the car where the AC was running. Alex was kind, funny, and gave great information about the DR, as it was our first time. His English was great too! Booking was easy over text and they offered other trips and tickets as well.

TRIP TO PUNTA CANA - EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! WE CONTRACT THE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO PUNTA CANA AIRPORT ROUND TRIP. VERY ON TIME. I ASKED THEM ABOUT OTHER SERVICES AND WE ALSO HIRED 2 EXCURSIONS. SAONA AND SANTO DOMINGO. I RECOMMEND THEM 100% LOVELY AND VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THE DRIVER ALEX WHO WAS THE ONE WHO TRANSFERRED US TO THE AIRPORT AND BACK CAPTIVATED US WITH HIS GREAT FRIENDLINESS AND HIS TREATMENT. GRAN PERSONA. THE GUIDES OF THE 2 EXCURSIONS ENSURED THAT WE DID NOT MISS ANYTHING AND LOOKED AFTER US AT ALL TIMES. Great Resort - The resort is gorgeous. Powder white sand. The maid service is punctual and very good. The food is very good, especially the pasta cook. The drinks are good. We were especially pleased with the Guest Service office who helped clear up a couple of travel issues not directly associated with the resort--above and beyond. I have visited other all-inclusive resort in the area and this is tops. I highly recommend it.

Simple, easy, and comfortable - I was unsure of the ease of getting transport to/from the airport and was glad to get connected with Julio and this company. He texted me within an hour or so of my request and everything got set up right away. When I arrived at the airport, Isabelle was easy to find with her sign and I even got a beer for the ride over. The van had no issues getting through resort security so drop off was very straightforward. I got a text from Julio the day before my flight and someone came out to the lobby to find me with a sign at the agreed upon time (earlier, even). Overall incredibly smooth and reliable—I would recommend instantly! It would definitely be better split between more people (max 6 in the van) but very easily done as a solo pick up as well.

Absolutely reliable transport - We booked the transfer to/fro from the airport and vice versa. Our driver Alex was absolutely amazing and provided great advice about Punta Cana, can’t wait to come back. The transfer service was absolutely reliable and timely. 5 star service.

Best Funniest Ride - At first when arriving to Punta Cana Airport. I didn’t see the driver with my name . After 10 minutes and asking a lady that was doing transportation for help I finally found the driver. He didn’t have my name in a sign but he did say my name out loud. The driver was very kind, friendly and funny. He even helped us with the luggage’s. My return from the hotel to the airport was actually one of the best funniest ride to the airport. My driver was Carlos. He was amazing, extremely polite, very funny, helpful and friendly. He made us feel safe and comfortable. I definitely would recommend Carlos to anyone.
