Highly Recommend! - This boat was one of the highlights of our trip! The staff was amazing and did a great job of creating a fun, welcoming environment. They played great music and I highly recommend attending if you want to have a fun afternoon on the water!

Fun Party Tour - Went on the cruise at the start ofDecember, I think it was the slow season because there were only about 20 people on the boat but it was very fun and crew was very helpful. Me and my friends really enjoyed it and hopefully will do it again if we come back to DR!

Meh? Pros and cons... - 1. The toilet was broken. Absolutely nasty especially with kids. 2. We departed from shore at 3:15pm. We got to our "snorkeling" spot. There was nothing too see - too many boats, too much current, very choppy. We got off the boat and maybe 15 min later, we were rushed to get back on. We shored at 5:50pm so it wasn't truly three hours but close enough. 3. The "fruit punch" and "passion fruit" drinks were nasty. They were some kind of power mix. The canned beer was good. 4. All the rest was epic!! Great people, fun music and a fun experience overall.

Very bad experience, does not correspond to the announced - The experience was a total disappointment and did not correspond in anything to what was described in the ad. The transport was confused and delayed, there was no guide in Portuguese as promised, the tropical fruits included were not served, the drinks were of poor quality and the stop at the so-called “Piscina Natural” was chaotic: area overloaded with boats, each with different music and water far from crystal, contrary to what is advertised. It was a misleading experience, far below expectations and nothing like what was sold. I do not recommend

The worst look for another company with this tur - I don't recommend it to anyone don't dump your money not with this company in other years we've made the boat party and we always had unforgettable memories well here nothing to see just put you of vodka drinks with orange soda and another rum than Uff if you want something else just a shot of tequila at $25 Snoker where they took us only 2 or 3 fish and what you looked at a lot of sand to the supposed natural pool you didn't give foot and of course not even the beach bar as they said Worse point we asked the animators to play music like Jerusalem to cuduro dance and we kept dancing and they told us that they would do it by turning another lie when we turned I told the boy you cheated me because they never did it we were 4 people and it was $200 lost because it was not what they sold us When I got to the hotel I went to the one who sold me the tour where very kind he gave me the owner's number how much I tell him the very ironic sir with his answers and thinking that what we wanted was the money that lower way of thinking and disrespect to his customers sir that money is not interested in me or wanted me to return it which is a shame that he sells something and not the Service that promised the very ironic said that we were taken hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe we we had had had 4 glasses of beer that equate to 2 beers of beer 2 beers in 4 hours no one gets drunk think a little before we really talk to this company don't spend their money there are many good and excellent companies that will have extremely good time

TERRIBLE RIP OFF! NO SNORKELING! LOUD OBSCENE DISGUSTING - This was a terrible trip! Nothing was as promised! I was charged for 14 people but changed my reservation to 12 within the time frame. The transfer was late, The boat was severely overcrowded and not safe. We estimate there were at least 150 people standing room only. There were at least 2 small children on the "adults only" trip. The music was extremely loud and obscene. There was a shortage of glasses and "booze". There were no snacks or food offered or available. The bathroom was not working. The snorkeling portion was about 20 minutes long and only about 20 people were able to get into the water. Those in the water saw only sand bottom, no reef. There were only about 20 mask/snorkels and NO fins available for use. There were limited lifejackets and after the "snorkeling" time, the jackets disappeared. After an hour on a sandbar where there were several other boats with hundreds of people and loud music, the boat got stuck in the sand. Several of our group got off the boat again to help dislodge the boat while crew jumped in to push the boat off the sandbar. A police boat circled our boat video taping the incident. It took at least 30 minutes to get the boat unstuck. When we got back to shore, our shoes which had been put into a bin upon boarding, were unceremoniously dumped on the sand in a huge pile for us to fish out. The owner approached me at the beach to tell me that I would get my refund for 2 people the following day. At this point I told him that I would like a complete refund as we had not received the promised experience, that the boat was overloaded and unsafe and no snorkeling had taken place. He just said that sandbars are part of the experience. The next day I received a note from him stating that it was true that the boat was overloaded and he gave us a 50% refund on 14 people. (That is not a 50% refund because we only had 12 people on board!) Our trip back to the hotel took extra time because the driver realized too late that he missed the first hotel and had to circle back. The entire event WASTED over 6 hours of our time, ruined our trip and the expectations of both experienced snorkelers and first time snorkelers. It also impacted my impression of TripAdvisor. NOTE TO ALL looking for experiences here: read the reviews and please let everyone know if you have a bad experience. I have had great experiences using TripAdvisor until this incredibly bad one. (Some of the crew tried to be very helpful in spite of the circumstances.)
