OUTSTANDING!!! - If you’re looking for the ultimate nature adventure in Punta Cana, Scape Park is simply the best. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that this is not just another excursion. it’s a full experience. What truly sets Scape Park apart is that it’s the only park in Punta Cana with two real, natural cenotes. The Blue Hole is absolutely breathtaking — crystal-clear turquoise water surrounded by lush greenery — and the cave swim is just as magical. Don’t be fooled by “cenotes” or “rivers” in other parks around Bávaro that are man-made or artificial. Here, everything feels authentic, untouched, and natural. Another thing we loved is the exclusive free-flow concept. You’re not rushed from one activity to another. You can enjoy more than 15 attractions at your own pace, repeat your favorites as many times as you want, and there are no surprise extra costs. It feels premium, organized, and stress-free. The highlight of our tour was definitely the Superman Zipline flying headfirst over the jungle is an adrenaline rush like no other — and of course the stunning Blue Hole cenote. If you want adventure, nature, freedom, and real Dominican beauty all in one place, Scape Park is hands down the top choice in Punta Cana. Highly recommended!

Dreams Cap Cana is a "Dream", we loved it! - We stayed a week - 9/15 to 9/19. This was Hurricane season (we checked weather report before we arrived-no hurricanes predicated). But it rained for 20 minutes, off and on, and there was thunder and lightning, and it was warm rain, so we didn't mind. And it was still a very beautiful place. The rooms were cheaper due to hurricane season and the beaches were filled with seaweed due to hurricane season, but we didn't mind at all. The staff were AMAZING! Everyone so friendly and ready to help. Our personal concierge- Udomar, was charming and on top of everything we needed. The restaurants were all great with delicious food. Our favorites were Candela (caribbean/dominican food) and Touro (steak house). We also treated ourselves to massage and hyrdo therapy at the luxurious spa. Also amazing! There was great music each night, and always something to do. The only thin we didn't like was being the uexpected sales pitch to get free breakfasts and gift certficates in exchange for listening to vacation packages at their sister resort- Secrets. We accepted and it took up most of our 2nd day. Would say no to that the next time. They need to be more honest about this, because we felt they were a little deceptive. And no one wants to go on vacation and have someone try to sell you something. Other than that, everything was amazing and I give 4.5 stars. If it wasn't for the sales pitch, I would hhave given 5 stars. We will definitely come back!

They are amazing through out the entire process. They kept the moral so fun up beat with the music and dancing and drinks of course. The lunch on the beach was also really good. I will be returning. Definitely recommend the Sunshine Cruise! - One of my favourite holiday experiences ever! We did a full day experience – morning at Scape Park and then Sunshine Cruise in the afternoon. We had time to do the main zipline course and visit Hoyo Azul before lunchtime. I highly recommend buying the photos package because they take so many and they're really excellent and high-quality. The Sunshine Cruise around Cap Cana was just incredible! We saw lots of colourful fish, made new friends, and just totally relaxed in the beautiful turquoise water... Special shoutout to Jose for going out of his way to take beautiful couple shots throughout our experience :) Loved it!

Wedding Excursion (Private) - Fun in the Sun! - We took a private cruise tour of about 30 people on the Sunshine. We had a great time! Our family enjoyed every minute of it. We pulled up to the boat dock and it looked very abandoned However, the tour operators were there and everything turned out great. Worth the costs as we travel on cruise ship(s) often and some excursions don’t offer anything. Rum & Vodka on the boat -along with Chips & salsa provided. *** beware*** if you intentionally want, you could get really intoxicated!! Average cost of $89 per person Plus we provided tips to both the van driver and boat crew.

Not a bad choice to break up the vacation! - Been here to Punta Cana before but never tried an excursion. After some research, we wanted to snorkle, and this was a great option. We were picked up from our hotel and a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Marina. Boarding boat was quick and off we went. The ride out to the snorkel area was long as the water is not that deep (one engine died as it was caught in the sand) Finally we arrived at snorkeling spot and water was somewhat rough, but nice location. Saw a good amount of smaller fish. Then we boarded after a half hour and off to a sand bar....were in water for another half hour and slow trip back. Good way to breakup the vacation.

Just OK - Not Worth It - The catamaran cruise was alright - just ok. Nothing special at all. The boat was really used and old. Matter of fact only one of the engines was working. The staff were very nice and friendly. The staff was professional, safety focused but was only working with what they had to work with. The beer keg was NOT on ice at all, so you got warm foamy beer. The mixed drinks are from cheap, bottom self liquors. The sea weed during our trip was horrible and the smell was sickening - terrible (August 2025).

Total Scam! Cannot be trusted- beware total scam - If anything, communication was the main issue. Especially with The Royalton Excursions. Either that or that particular staff member (Julio) was in on the scam with Scape. What he told us when we booked our excursion and what was expected when we arrived at the marina was not the same thing. Unfortunately, once we arrived, Scape Park wanted $900 in addition to the $900 we had already paid for a 4 hour private catamaran experience for our family. We refused to pay the additional amount after traveling 40 Minutes to get there. They left us stranded at the marina with no way to get back to our resort for hours with 25 members of our party. Small children and 2 elderly parents, in the heat & sun at the marina. And, we totally missed out on our catamaran excursion. And, lost most of the hours of our day, waiting around on concrete with no water, food or even a place to sit.

Save your money and don't go - My experience at Scape Park was awful! First and foremost don’t go here and don’t waste your money. The day got off to a rocky start as the bus we were supposed to board at 9:15 am didn't get going until 9:40 am. Upon arriving at the park, the lines were incredibly long, even for those who had purchased tickets online. I sympathized with those stuck under the scorching sun, as there were only 4 fans, and one of them was not working. The wait to get our tickets was excruciatingly long, lasting about an hour. Once inside the park, we decided to skip the photo line, but that decision was met with aggressive demands from employees, yelling at us that we must get our photos taken for "identification purposes." It was evident that this was more about selling photo packages than any legitimate identification needs. To make matters worse, we had to stand in yet another line to pay for locker locks ($5), which also had a lengthy queue. By the time we were finally ready to enjoy the park, it was already 11:10 am, leaving us with limited time to experience the attractions. We had heard from other guests that the zipline lines took around an hour each, some attractions were only open during certain times and we had already signed up for the shine cruise scheduled for 2:30 pm, with the requirement to be at the meeting spot by 1:30 pm. This left us with only two hours to wait in more lines. It became evident that the time constraints and excessive waiting would significantly limit our experience, leading us to decide to leave the park altogether. Scape Park fell very short of living up to its advertised promises. The long waits, aggressive upselling tactics, and time constraints made for a frustrating and unfulfilling visit. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the overall visitor experience to match the expectations they set in their advertisements. I strongly do not recommend this place. Save your money!

Waste of time and money. - Save your money and do not go. This was easily the worst experience of my vacation and I would tell everyone to avoid this place unless you enjoy spending money to stand in useless lines. To start we were told to be in front of our hotel promptly at 9:15 am for transportation to the park. While we were on time the bus did not leave until 9:30 am. Once we got to the park we were told to stand in line to check in and sign waivers. However, the line was disorganized and slowly moving. While the area was shaded, there was minimal air flow and the hot humidity made the hour long wait nearly unbearable. Finally, after waiting for an hour to get our wristbands, we were told that we had to be back at the entrance by 1:30pm in order to go to our sunshine cruise. This left not quite three hours for us to experience the park. However some of the biggest attractions, like the zip line, were only open for a couple hour blocks and we were already halfway through an open period. We finally entered the turnstile and then had to wait for a photograph. We tried to avoid it, but then the employee stated it was mandatory for photos for “identification purposes.” We reluctantly agreed and the photographer proceeded to then lecture us about how he knew waiting in line was hard but it was part of the experience. After the photo, we entered the the gift store where we had to wait in line to pay $5 for a lock to the locker. After continuing to wait we finally got the lock, but the locker area was disorganized and another line formed to access the locker. At this point we decided the park was not what was advertised and was so disorganized that any chance to salvage the day at this park would be futile. Do not go to the this park, it is a waste of time and money. The management is clearly disorganized and was not prepared for guests.
