Setting Sail on a Culinary Adventure

The sun was just beginning to cast its golden glow over the Caribbean as I found myself boarding a boat for an experience unlike any other. The “Floating Kitchen” in Punta Cana had been on my radar for a while, and I was finally here to see what all the buzz was about. As a former professional surfer, I’ve spent countless hours on the water, but this was a new kind of adventure.
