She was very organized, had everything meticulously planned, and kept us updated on weather and pickup times through frequent communication. Unfortunately, my wife got seasick due to the rough waves that day. Elena was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make her feel better, even bringing her ice. Despite catching only one barracuda, the overall experience was amazing thanks to the kindness of the crew."

Great trip for our boys! Caught Mahi Mahi, king mackerel, and baracudas. Great crew! - Great trips for our kids. 2 dads and 3 boys. Boys caught fish and Elena, Alex, and Capt.Miguel were attentive and explained everything very well. We asked for closer to the shore trip so boys wouldn’t get sick and it was perfect. They caught Mahi Mahi, King fish, and Baracudas. Very safe and highly recommended!

Great experience! - Great experience, caught my new personal best. My wife and I caught 2 barracuda, one wahoo, and 4 mahi mahi including a bull. Hardest fish I ever fought. Elena was patient and explained how to fight and land them. She and here crew kept cheering me on when I was fighting the bull mahi, and that encouraged me to keep going even though I thought my arms were going to explode.

Awesome experience can't wait to do it again! - I was recently in Punta Cana and booked a 4-hour fishing trip with Santa Elana. The booking was an easy process and Elana was very thorough in explaining everything prior to trip. The transportation from our resort to the marina was also arranged by Elana which was a great bonus. We did the 4 -hour deep sea fishing trip and it was awesome from start to finish. The crew was top notch, very attentive, always asking if we were feeling ok or if needed anything. We ended up catching 4 nice fish which was more than I expected. The boat was nice and super clean. I would highly recommend booking with this charter group and I know I will definitely reach out to them on my next trip to Punta Cana.

A Captain focused on customer safety! - Although we were unable to fish due to weather and sea conditions, I would like to offer my praise to the crew in their attempts to get us on the water. Elena worked tirelessly to monitor the sea state to ensure the safety of my family. Ultimately, were had to cancel. BUT, Elena's demonstrated exceptional professionalism by losing a sale in the interest of everyone's safety. She could have easily closed the deal in unsafe conditions to make the sale, but she did not. I greatly appreciate all of the clear communications and the focus on safety. Highly recommend this vessel and crew!

Fun - We had an amazing time and the whole crew was awesome. ESP the lady. The only complaint was we didn’t eat what we caught. That was one reason we chose this charter. Oh well maybe next time. The crew is awesome.

Do not book with this charter - A horrible experience. Elena was rude, ignorant and barely spoke to us apart from asking us for her cash before she took us to the boat and counting the bills in front of us. We had learned that another person in our resort had their fishing charter cancelled for high winds and dangerous waves. My step-bother contacted Elena before the trip to inquire if it was safe to go out and was reassured. It was the worst experience. High winds, high waves and zero fish. I was worried about my safety and my children’s safety the whole time. 4 hours later she ushered us off the boat and barely said good-bye. As a parent, you should not book with her.

Worst charter ever - I went on a fishing charter on Monday and it was the worse expirence ever. Elena was rude and didn’t introduce herself, we caught zero fish in four hours. Never ever book this. The only good part was the nice captain. But Elena SUCKED!
