Fantastic trip - Absolutely fantastic trip. The sharks and rays are in big lagoons. There are other trips where this is not the case. Thousands of fish to see on the reef and the massage was a lovely way to end our visit. The soft drinks and light snacks were also plentiful. Some days in life are very special. This was one of those rare days.

Reef Explorer - A great excursion. Transfers were really good and on time, on arrival really informative on what we can and can't do. Got a small boat to the large pontoon. This experience has to rate as one of the best I have done. Swimming in the coral reefs, swimming with sharks, touching and swimming with stingrays. Kayaking, paddleboading. The list just goes on and on. The massage was amazing and the staff are friendly and will do anything to make your experience amazing for you. They have a small snack and drinks area. Smoothies were lovely. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Excellent experience - Wow what a great experience. So much to do and never felt rushed. The staff were excellent I especially enjoyed snorkeling with a guide to ensure we could see a vast variety of fish. The activities available were great something for everyone.

Only book through TripAdvisor - This was an amazing activity. There was so much to do. The snorkeling was great. They had two roped off areas, one with stingrays and one with sharks along with a coral reef to check out. The massage was nice, and they had lots of activities for those who don’t want to snorkel. If you go, definitely book through TripAdvisor, Amstar is a scam.

Incredible experience, loved every part! - This is a wonderful excursion to take with friends or couples. Swimming with the sting rays and the sharks was a very thrilling experience, also the amount of water activities available makes the 3.5 hours fly by. It was a very fun experience. The fresh smoothies were amazing, and it was very nice to have some snacks on board. The massage was probably my favorite part. I would definitely recommend this excursion.

Definitely one for the books - Very surreal experience just wish we had more time to do certain activities. Massage was decent. The power snorkelling was amazing and just overall a wonderful time. A must go!

Cool but could be better - Snorkeling with stingrays was incredible, including getting to hold one. Snorkeling with sharks was cool, but they disappeared a lot. The water toys were ok. There wasn't much direction during the experience

Bof... - I hesitated between 2 and 3 stars. Activity very expensive for what it is. We were sold the tour as a must, but we are far from it. We were sold underwater thrusters, which are ultimately not very powerful and are used only in the shark pool, which also scares them away. The only thing you will find there is to be able to see and touch rays and still you should not think of seeing them evolve in a natural environment. These are small enclosures. You can certainly find the massages offered in your hotels that will cost you less than this outing. Snorkeling... this is the Dominican Republic, you can swim everywhere and see fish. And, don't think you're free to move, float mandatory everywhere! In short, at 318 euros the exit of 3h for 2, I do not recommend, there is nothing more than in your complexes in all inclusive.

There’s better snorkeling out there - Disappointing excursion as we thought we’d take a boat to a reef and snorkel; we did indeed take a 4 min boat ride to a reef, a fenced in area with a fairly dead reef. We swam the stingray compound and didn’t see one. In the nurse shark area, we saw several. Kayaking was ok but again there wasn’t much to see. Lunch was edible, but the massage was relaxing. I feel as if there are better reef excursions available.

Saddest place in the world for animals - This place is a disgrace and disrespect to the marine ecosystem of the Caribbean and specifically Punta Cana. I was thinking of seeing reefs with free species and I find a prison for 3 manta rays and 2 nurse sharks that flee scared and tired when more than 200 people throw themselves at them giving screams... I can only say that when I actually saw what it was, I cried for having paid for the barbarity they do to animals. I wish I'd had a pair of scissors to cut through the net that's locked in them (that's all I thought about in the time I was there). Of course, I didn't partake of the supposed experience at any time. Just thinking about it makes me tears come back. Don't pay for this, please...
