An absolute Must if you love the Sea!!! - WOW!!! An absolutely beautiful day!! The staff was super friendly and ensured everyone was safe and having fun! The water was beautiful, swimming with and feeding fish was so much fun. A little bread and you are surrounded by tons of fish coming to ear right out of your hands!! Getting to pet and take pictures with a sting ray was strange, they have such a squishy texture to them! There were so many different things to do you hardly knew what to do first. To top it all off you get a massage!!! It was great fun to sit and talk to the staff, to learn more about the Dominican way of life. My other half learned to play dominos while I got to swim with sharks!! I highly recommend spending the day at the reef!!

Activities and Wellness - a great combination - We enjoyed this tour and made use of everything available. We were looking for a snorkeling excursion with no drinking and loud music. It was a windy day (like it probably always is) and the water was choppy but that wasn't a problem. We paddled the very clear glass bottom kayak around the complex, stand up paddle board and the peddle version, which is really cool! It a great way to see the reefs and white sandy bottom which gives the water it's beautiful turquoise color. We snorkeled and saw 3 stingrays, one hiding submersed in the sand and saw the nurse shark. We had a room at Atlantis that overlooked the stingray exhibit and were familiar with their skittish behavior. The propeller power snorkel is handy to keep up with them and also if you're not a strong swimmer. I had a the crustless ham and cheese sandwich, yummy, fresh fruit, packaged bar and muffin, and smoothie. It was nice laying on a lounger on the lower deck because you're out of the wind and the wave have a nice rocking motion like a waterbed. I got my massage early and told her the parts I want and didn't want - specifically not to touch my head ( because I knew this was wasted time). It was the best massage! I wish I would have had some cash to leave her a tip. This rounded out this “wellness” excursion. Highly recommend!

Definitely one for the books - Very surreal experience just wish we had more time to do certain activities. Massage was decent. The power snorkelling was amazing and just overall a wonderful time. A must go!

There’s better snorkeling out there - Disappointing excursion as we thought we’d take a boat to a reef and snorkel; we did indeed take a 4 min boat ride to a reef, a fenced in area with a fairly dead reef. We swam the stingray compound and didn’t see one. In the nurse shark area, we saw several. Kayaking was ok but again there wasn’t much to see. Lunch was edible, but the massage was relaxing. I feel as if there are better reef excursions available.

Saddest place in the world for animals - This place is a disgrace and disrespect to the marine ecosystem of the Caribbean and specifically Punta Cana. I was thinking of seeing reefs with free species and I find a prison for 3 manta rays and 2 nurse sharks that flee scared and tired when more than 200 people throw themselves at them giving screams... I can only say that when I actually saw what it was, I cried for having paid for the barbarity they do to animals. I wish I'd had a pair of scissors to cut through the net that's locked in them (that's all I thought about in the time I was there). Of course, I didn't partake of the supposed experience at any time. Just thinking about it makes me tears come back. Don't pay for this, please...

Shame, tourist trap - This is the excursion to avoid. I am extremely disappointed. We put you in two pools to supposedly see sharks and rays. In the end, the guide took 20 minutes to find a ray, put it in your arms so that the photographer can take your picture. 2nd basin we saw 4 sharks clamped against each other at the bottom of the basin scared. I felt too sorry for them. She's an animal abuser and I'm disappointed I contributed to that. In the end we stayed 10 min to break everything in the water and waited 2h for the boat to take you back to the beach. In the meantime we had 10min of massage but everything else is to throw away.

Tourist trap.. To flee!!! - Two poor pools. The first with a stingray hidden at the bottom of the water that the guide takes 15min to find to get it out of the water so that tourists can touch it (too much pain for it, it’s bad treatment). The second pool 4 sharks scared at the bottom of the water motionless and at the corner of the pool (still too much pain for them) A 10 min massage with a wooden roller Some sandwich to nibble a little soda And more than 2 hours waiting for the boat to come back to the beach All for 150 euros per person A shame!!!!!

Excursion to escape unless you want to lighten your leaf holder - This is a scam. We charge you 150€ to see 4 poor pastenague rays , 10 sharks and some fish. We were sold the excursion as an aquatic wildlife paradise where we could snorkel. What a disappointment we spent our time on a deck chair because there are only 2 pools to do and as a bonus we have to keep a lifebelt so any snorkeling is impossible. Excursion to escape. They think we're slot machines. This is lamentable!!!!👎
