Best transport service in Punta Cana - If you want a stress-free transfer from the airport to your resort and back, go with SM Transfers. We used them for both rides, and the experience was seamless. When we arrived, our driver was already waiting for us—car spotless, super polite, and with a great vibe the entire way to our resort. He shared local insights and recommendations for activities, making the ride even more enjoyable.
A few days later, on our way back to the airport, we received the same excellent service—punctual, comfortable, and safe. By the way, ask for Briant! He coordinates with the drivers and keeps you updated throughout the entire process.

Great service! - I was not the person who arranged this ride, but they were very easy to work with. My husband had to change the pick-up time, which was very easy to do through Whatsapp and the driver Gregory was extremely nice.

Great time - After having a bad flight is was nice to meet Briant and his mom. Greeted with smiles and warm vibes. I really needed it. Had a great time being driven around from the airport and around this beautiful city of Punta Cana. I will use Briant as my driver next time I'm down here.

The Dominican Ambassadors. - From the get go, they were waiting for us outside of the airport. The lady took care of us with a candid welcome and explained us how we will get to the hotel including the route. Then she took us to the driver (Bryant) ,I called him the Dominican Ambassador .A nice guy. First through the route he talked to us about Punta Cana and different things to-do and place to go. Later he told us about the different plates which I recalled “
Picapollo” which later he took us to a nice place on-route to get some . He ensured that if we ever need anything, he would try to help us.
