Great time but follow some guidelines - confirm, tip, negotiate, tip again. - Overall a great trip! Things to know: confirm your pickup directly with the travel company. They get you in an unmarked car, but they knew our name. Tip everyone. The guide taking us on the speed boat was awesome, he took GoPro videos and photos, had bread to feed the fish, let us drive, got bottled water. They will try to charge you a lot for the GoPro footage, I negotiated from $260 to $100. While pricey, their footage was amazing. The guy comes right into your boat, shows you samples, I used Venmo and he air dropped everything in minutes. The same driver took us back, which was good because once we got off the boat we didn’t really know what to do. The drive to and from is a bit sketch, and we didn’t have seat belts, but that’s just the area.

Great time driving the speed boats and snorkeling with the fish! - We had a great time driving the speed boats and snorkeling with the fish! We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the beach where we met the boat captains, who does ride with you, which is good for safety and navigation, but they do let you drive most of the time. The kids even got to drive and really liked it. We got out to really clear water, and they gave us some food which brought many tropical fish right up to you. They will even nibble on your fingers a little bit, but it doesn't hurt. We saw six or eight varieties of fish plus sea urchins. They then drove us by an area where they have six dolphins in a aquatic cage, kind of sad. We then went to a sandbar with waist deep water where we could wade and chill. Be aware there are many vendors trying to sell food, drinks, parrots or monkeys on your shoulders. The captain also records you on the boat with a GoPro and will sell you the videos and pictures. We brought our own GoPro and just tipped the captain to take some pictures and videos from our camera. Overall it was a very fun experience for not a whole lot of cost.

I can't wait to repeat it - We had a wonderful time on this private adventure. The speedboat was exciting, an amazing viewing experience. I can't wait to repeat it.

I would repeat - Very good speedboat adventure! Punta Cana was spectacular. We saw colorful fish and beautiful corals. The speed of the boat made everything even more exciting. I'll repeat!

Inolvidable - I enjoyed every moment of the speedboat experience. The snorkeling was amazing; swimming among colorful fish was magical. The service was exceptional, making the day unforgettable.

The value is decent - but a bit unorganized. No Coral Reefs. - I booked this experience for my 6 year old son and I. Our driver came almost 40mins late (thats fine - he was apologetic and I understand that traffic is crazy in Dominican). He then drove us and stopped (for what I assume was a personal reason) at the bank as we were left in the car for about 5mins. We arrived at the beach and there were a couple men there to greet us. It was pretty clear that our speed boat either wasn't actually booked, or no one was available to take us. I was polite and my son and I waited for another 30mins until they called a bunch of captains and someone had become available. We were then taken to the edge of the water and the person escorting us to the boat asked if we would be ok with another woman getting on with us so we could drop her off at a party yacht. We were again - polite canadians and said sure... Our driver was nice and went the extra mile but was super young. There were no kids lifejackets available so my son had to wear an adult one which made snorkeling unpleasent as it was riding up on him and was difficult to actually enjoy the views. We snorkled in a deep area and the captain threw some bread into the water by us to help lure the fish for us to see. Then we got back on the boat (there was no ladder so if you're not spry this may be tricky for you). Then he took us to shallow waters where a myriad of loud ass party boats surrounded us. There were no fish here and our driver left the boat to (what I assume - was to party with some people). We were looking for him for 15 mins until I asked another speedboat driver to try and locate him for us. We got back on the boat and went to see the dolphins which was a nice surprise that i wasn't expecting. The captain let my son drive the boat which was probably the best part of the whole experience. All in all - perhaps we just had bad luck with our booking because everything was delayed and very unorganized but we tried to make the most of it. I'd likely just book through my resort's provider next time to ensure the experience is more organized.

Hired 3 speed boats for 3 hours but after 30 minutes they brought us back to the beech and said that we were done I told - Total ripoff booked for 3 hours but only got 30 minutes tried to argue the point but to no avail be careful every where we went thy try to rip you off if you book a taxi there the hotel to go 15 minutes up the road too jumbo’s it’s $40 the same trip with Uba $4 if you book directly
