Smooth - On time pick up and drop off for airport transfer. Smooth transfer, good communication (used whats app), courteous drivers. Air conditioned van, clean, also had WiFi in the van for us.

Waiting longer than usual - My ride was not there. We walk through the airport looking for help then someone took us to the kiosk where all tablets are and my name was there no body knew who was encharge, it took around 40 minutes to get our ride, as soonest we crossed customs I texted them no response… The driver was very polite and pleasant the drive was a great experience, the airport waiting time wasn’t at all

Pass - They were there waiting when I arrived. With a sign that was visible. That’s when things started going sideways ways. When getting in the van they asked the hotel which I thought was weird since I selected it when I booked to make sure it was within range. Then the negotiations began as my hotel wasn’t within the “range”. So then I had to pull out my wallet for the final portion of the payment. After that the drop off was fine. The day before pickup I got a text with the wrong name and a different name and time that was agreed upon. I reached out to correct my name thinking just a simple error. They corrected the name but then said I need to be picked up earlier than agreed at the pickup. They finally agreed to split the difference but we still got to the airport over 3 hours early. Overall they showed up but a couple fumbles would make me not use them again nor recommend them.
