A great experience in Lopesan - We were very happy with our visit to the Lopesan Costa Bavaro hotel, the 10/10 attention, the always very helpful staff, we want to highlight the valuable help that at all times gave us the butler Oliver De La Cruz, always very much waiting to solve our requirements. We definitely recommend the resort and hope to come back soon.

Great service - Great service they were right there at the airport with the sign to greet us. They showed us exactly where to go and had to get in the van and we had a safe ride to our hotel.

Amazing Roundtrip shuttle! - Driver easy to find (my name on board) and provides number to contact on Whatsapp if issues arise. Clean van and drivers are very respectful. Love that the company tracks the plane because my plane landed early and they were there to pick me up an hour earlier, so I wasn't stuck at the airport. For pickup from the resort, they contacted me again and had me at the airport with plenty of time to go through customs. Wonderful company with a great price!

5 star property but not for a foodie - Hello! I’m one of the people who like to know someone who has gone to the place in order for me to pick it. There’s a lot to say on this resort but I’ll try to be brief. My family had a fantastic stay here. Unfortunately I’m not able to give it the full 5 stars because of the food quality and service. If you’re looking for a gorgeous I mean stunning hotel this one will not disappoint. The grounds are so clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The pool and beach are perfect! Our favourite spot was the kids splash pad and waterslide area. Wow! What a cool spot all kids and parents were having fun. We love a beautiful beach and this one did not disappoint. I will say that the entertainment staff was another highlight for us. We loved the pool activities, beach fun and the night shows. The little area in the evenings where you can dance outside with a dj was enjoyed by my daughters and whole family. Now onto the part that we struggled with. I will not say this goes to everyone because the staff at the buffets and restaurants were helpful and nice. I wish that the bartenders in all areas could be nicer and have a smile at least. I know it’s an exhausting job but I’d suggest this for them to make travellers feel more welcome. Do not come to this resort if you’re looking for 5 star food. You won’t find it here. We never went hungry but the food is not great. The Habachi was tasty and we did like the burgers from the sports bar. With that in mind we all ate enough it just wasn’t a resort for a foodie. On the subject of food my husband got super sick the last two days. Then when he got home he was the sickest he’s ever been for about a week. The doctor said this was common from Punta Cana and might have been the food preparation. We don’t know for sure but it was a gastrointestinal sickness and it was bad. It’s so unfortunate because we really did have an amazing time. We still talk about how everything else was 5 star at this resort. I suggest starting a probiotic before traveling to any country because this can honestly happen anywhere. Also the restaurant booking system is difficult so if you’re not an app person maybe this is not the resort for you. I hope this helps you when you travel. My kids were 5 and 7 and they were so entertained. The whole family was! You will never get board of this resort and it’s gorgeous grounds. Just remember to smile! It really goes a long way.
