Excellent holiday - This hotel was recommended to me by my friend We had a wonderful time what a lovely resort we couldn’t fault it The food was great it has five great restaurants All the staff were great especially Poche Juan in the breakfast room nothing was to much the entertainment team are brilliant so much to do painting dancing yoga in the water such fun I would like to say thank you to Ms Star Alexander and baby face for making our stay so wonderful Denise & Lloyd Dixon

Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana feels like home - Entertainment is energetic and amazing. Love seeing YoYo and La Portra every day and night. They are very personable and make me feel very welcome! They have taught me many dances out at the pool, we have played bingo, and provided many different types of activities. Love the wait staff at the pool…Angel, yohanny ,made sure that we had everything that we would ever need. The wait staff in the theatre is on point with making sure we have any drinks that we want during the shows. We never had to leave our seats. Food is excellent along with the servers. Jorge made us feel special at every meal. Our butler Melvin went above and beyond for our anniversary and anything we needed.

A wonderful experience. - A wonderful holiday, the staff made us feel comfortable, safe and spoilt. We can not fail to thank Doña Belkis for her fine attentions, her kindness and the love with which she does her job, Mr. Cesar of butlery for watching every detail, Mr. Marcelino for helping us with transport and his good talk, Shakira for his good spirits and animation, Oscar at the buffet for the best cappuccinos, Chef Manuel of the French restaurant for preparing us a delicious dinner, Mr. Junior for magic with pineapples and those spectacular designs so that we could enjoy some rich pina coladas. Late to pick up - They were late to pick us up. Did not return any of our messages. Not clear on where to meet us. We waited over 30 minutes for them. Hopefully they will be on time to pick us up at the airport
