The Best Enterprise for These Activities at Sea - from the reserve to the promenade the staff is extremely friendly, the boats beautiful and the promenade is amazing, if you visit DR do not miss it

One activity great, the other one not so much - We purchased two water sport excursions with SeaPro: speed boating and party boat cruise. The speed boating was awesome. We were able to drive the boats at max speed while following the SeaPro hosts. They took us to a snorkeling area and then a sand bar area where they made us drinks. They do have a photographer taking pictures of you the whole time. We bought the photos for $45 but they are not of great quality. So maybe avoid those. But it is about a 2 hour trip and is so much fun! The party boat was another story. There were way too many kids on this catamaran.They screamed bloody murder the whole time and the parents did not approve of music that was playing. Personally, I don't think that kids should be allowed on a PARTY boat. But I'm not the manager. Anyways, we went snorkeling and then went to an area where we got to pet and feel stingrays and sand sharks. That was pretty cool. Why 3 stars? They didn't boat us back to our hotel but shuttled us on a bus back to the lobby. Didn't really understand that. Overall, maybe not worth the money that they charge. But I definitely recommend speed boating.

not safe - i stayed in the barcelo palace and we purchased a parasailing activity. we had the worse experience with the captain ALEX. this guy lost site of us riding in the air. we lost air and we drop down to the ocean with them not seeing what was happening, we almost drown me and relative were under water been pulled by the boat to almost lose all of our air. thanks to god they stop the boat before we drown. im still thinking on would happen if this will happen to a kid instead of an adult. just be carefully who do you trust to put the life of your child or your own to take care of when you this kind of excursions

Worst Snorkeling trip EVER! - WORST SNORKELING TRIP EVER!! The SeaPro salesman at Secrets Royal Beach told us that they were the official snorkel tour company for the resort and this was a snorkeling tour and swim with beer & rum. On Friday March 22, 2019 the shuttle boat picked us up late. The main boat did not wait or even slow down for our shuttle boat to catch up from the Secrets resort. When we finally did catch up and board the boat, they were done giving instructions and well into party mode. When I asked for swim fins (flippers) for me and my wife to enter the water,I was told they did not have any! NONE AT ALL! NO SWIM FINS for anyone? ON A SNORKELING TRIP ?!!! My wife had a panic attack fighting the reef current without fins and returned to the boat. The snorkeling only lasted 20 minutes or so, not the 45 minutes the salesman said we would have in the water. Then, when we reached the shallow swim area, the only toilet on board backed up. I estimate we had 50 people drinking on a boat with no working toilet. Perhaps that is why they put us in the shallow swim area (to urinate in the ocean?). When the tour was complete, the shuttle boat dropped us off at a different resort then where we were picked up. They said to just walk the beach back to Secrets. A TOTAL DISASTER ! The following day, the Secrets Resort people told me that AMSTAR is the official snorkel tour guide - Not SeaPro !! Lying Thieves I guess? ... Oh, no $ refund either.
