Aubain Tours exceeded our expectations! - We used Aubain for both our airport to hotel transfers and excursion in Punta Cana. They were always punctual, thoughtful, well planned, and communicative. Overall very professional and provided an excellent experience. We would definitely use them in future.

Do not recommend. - Unfortunately, communication was very poor. I was given a photograph that I was supposed to make my way toward, however, there was utter mayhem in the arrivals / pickup area. Communication also required internet access, which I did know, or have. These things are not inherently the company's fault. However, I had had many phone calls with the company's dispatcher, explaining exactly where I was, and I was being told over and over again that both the driver and the liaison were coming to find me. It took over 40 minutes for their liaison to find me, but the driver still couldn't find us, and she even looked annoyed about the whole thing. I had just been traveling, I was very tired, and very hot, and was not super thrilled to be trapped standing on the pavement for that long. That's also not the company's fault, either. However, it is their fault that, once I was finally in the car, the driver had no idea where I was going. For these reasons, I'm forced to give a low score.

Displeased - Be sure to confirm your destination. The options in the app are not as accurate as they should be. I booked the option for “Breathless” they waited until the day of to contact me telling me that the price charged was wrong. I don’t mind paying what I owe, but business was not handled correctly. The actual cost was significantly higher than the original payment. Id rather book directly through a transportation company. Note having a hard time getting a refund for the return trip since I’d prefer not to use them.
