Expect to have a great... - Expect to have a great time with a fun staff. Either if you're with a partner, a group or by yourself I still believe you'll have a great experience!!

So much fun!!! - We had the best time ever!!! The vibes were amazing. Anthony was GREAT and made sure we were safe the entire time. 10:10 recommend!!

Loved every moment!!🥳 - It was AMAZING!!! Very organized and well put together. 10/10 would go again. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We loved every minute of the activity and we are playing to come again in the near future!!

Terrible Communication but a Fun Boat - The communication from the host was terrible. I reached out multiple times before hand to ask questions about what was needed for the boat and pickup information. I was only able to get in touch with them directly a few hours before the excursion started, but I had to go through Viator first and they provided me their direct contact information. I don’t think they were ever going to contact me directly to tell me who would pick us up, where from and at what time. Once we were finally on the boat, we did have a really good time though. The boat staff was great!

- Great time was had for sure. Only thing that woulda made it 5 star was a better DJ (he was ok, good not great. Kinda played older songs which was cool but need something a lil more today.) and better liquor. I had my own bottle so I was straight but I would recommend u bring a bottle if you want your brand. But otherwise great time.

Scam - First of all, there’s no specific address for the company so our taxi had to call his coworkers to ask for an idea of the location. We got to the location, and the company said they didn’t have our reservation. She had to call around to a few people to figure it out, even though on the app it says to go to Infinity Catamarans. afterwards I was told that they’re going to refund me, that there was some confusion? So they found the reservation? I am expecting my money back and will be contacting Viator and my bank because I ended up paying for a new excursion.

Underwhelming to say the least!! - I was disappointed in this excursion. Never have a gone snorkeling and never seen a single fish. The area they brought us to was just a pool of sea weed, and no fish. There were no directions on how to use the snorkel equipment. The snacks were ONE bag of chips and ONE pineapple to share on a boat full of people. The whole thing was a complete rip off and I’m so disappointed in the experience. It was my son’s first time snorkeling and it was underwhelming to say the least. Oh, and they could have given us a heads up that there was a part of the “pool” that was deep. We learned that the hard way. Luckily, I can swim- otherwise it would be been scary. Don’t waste your money on this excursion!
