Great! - I had a blast with my son. At the beginning i thought that i was going to be scared but no i didn't. It was great. Specially that i did it with my son! Thank you guys!

On time, cordial, excellent local team - It was a very fun and pleasure sailing. Thanks to Viator and local Punta Cana team. The driver showed up on time to pick up, I was a little worried after reading some reviews that said driver was late.... but we had no such issues... had a very pleasant parasailing biking with Viator

Up, Up and Away- This was Incredible! - What an adrenaline rush! We had a blast! Staff ensured that we were safe, the pictures were awesome- would definitely recommend this experience!

PARASAILING: AN ENTERTAINING TRIP - A paragliding or parasailing tour is a lot of fun and something different. Maybe a little expensive on the HTL (U$S80.- per person) but worth it. It is recommended

Very good experience. - The experience was very good. We bought this Service from the people who offered it on the beach of the hotel (iberostar Punta Cana). Too bad that on the way back as THEY were short of time they made us change boats to come back while we were on the move and that is a danger as we had a little baby and could fall. What they did was that while a boat was carrying a contingent (and 2 or 3 up in the parasail) those of us who had already flown had to jump into a taxi boat that was going to our side to return to shore. All that in motion and a long distance from the seashore. Really dangerous if there are young children, or older people.

Not worth the money or time - Got picked up at hotel in a van only to have to stop 2 more times to pick up others...sometimes waiting for up to 30 minutes. Jammed into a van. (Not great especially with Covid still around.). Got to beach and it was very disorganized. After adding an additional 3 people we were not told that we could not use a cc. Had to use an ATM with a fee to get the money. Boat was in terrible condition. Actual parasailing ride was shorter than stated to us. Overall not a great experience.

NEVER AGAIN - My experience was something I’ll never forget. I thought this would be safe and at least I can trust the boat people to make sure things are good on their end, just for the motor to give up on the boat causing my friend and I to drown and literally fight for our lives. This was something I could never forget and not in a good way to each is own but make sure you ask these types of questions because almost dying isn’t an experience I wanted to have.

To avoid, dishonest - I'm ordering tomorrow. The guy refuses to pick us up in front of the lobby of my resort by whatsapp, and accepts the pick up only at the entrance of the hotel (a 15 minutes walk from the lobby, in the heat with a child) I call the organization from the reception, receptionist who confirms that it is abnormal to have to go to the entrance of the hotel (I see for myself that all pick ups of external activities are done at the lobby anyway), there, on the phone, the gentleman apologizes and informs me that exceptionally they will come to the lobby to pick us up with my little boy tomorrow I prefer a written confirmation whatsapp! And here! Surprise!! He tells me that no, it doesn’t happen like this, which I have to read again (indeed no details about the pick-up at the hotel), and he goes back on his word Tomorrow at 11am we will walk 15 minutes to the entrance with my 7 year old boy because the Service is bad and dishonest! I already paid!!! I do not recommend And if I hadn’t asked for written confirmation by whatsapp especially, I would have waited at 11am in the lobby, and they wouldn’t have come to get us... celine
