Worth It - There was a lot of seaweed and the water had a lot of algae, but the experience was great because the staff was excellent. Daniel and Jennifer are top notch!

Look no further for PADI certification - Kat did a great job organizing our open water certification dives, spread over two days. Daniel was fantastic dive instructor, both above and under water.

wish I could come back! - Absolutely incredible! Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Katarina was very good at communicating and replied to all my messages very quickly! Jennifer helped certify me in scuba diving and was a very good instructor. Her directions were always clear and she used positive reinforcement to help reinforce skills. Definitely recommend !!

Perfect Location - Completed the 2 day open water section of the PADI open water qualification with SeaPro. The instructor was first class, and there was only 3 people in the our group which was ideal, would highly recommend

First time diving - We just returned from Punta Cana where my sister and I got certified for scuba diving at Seapro Divers. Kat was wonderful right from the start walking us through the sign up process with PADI, answering any questions and arranging pick up and return from the resort. Our instructor, Jennifer, was amazing. We were nervous at first but she spent the time getting us comfortable with learning the skills we needed. The currents and waves were very strong the first time we were to go into the ocean so she suggested waiting a day or two to make our first dive more enjoyable which we did. The dive shop kept in touch with us and made the arrangements to pick us up again. The captain of the boat was wonderful and very helpful and was even giving tips from the boat when we were in the water. We originally signed up for the scuba diver two day course but enjoyed ourselves so much that we went back two days later and completed our open water diver course. The staff at Seapro were very helpful and friendly and Jennifer was so patient and calm, this was a great experience.

Awesome - Sea pro took care of all of our needs from transportation to equipment. Kat was extremely helpful in arranging our course. Our instructor Jen was very knowledgeable and thorough. Even though we were nervous about the whole adventure of diving, Jen was great at calming all of our fears as we progressed.

Excellent Diving - Instructors were good. Dives were good. It will help to have some experience with diving and being in the water as this type of certification is fast paced. The excursion on the last day is definitely worth the upgrade. Some of family joined us just to snorkel, lunch drinks on the island excursion, all on the same boat.

Scared? Ask for Eugenio! - I booked the three day PADI certification course in Punta Cana with the third day excursion option to Catalina Island. The first day was okay and we spent it in the pool learning skills. The second day we were in the pool again for a very short time and then (too quickly for me) we were being loaded on a boat to go out to do an open water dive. I was terrified! I felt like I was being pushed around and on some kind of scuba diver certification assembly line. I was jumping off a boat and I hadn't even jumped off the side of the pool! The weather wasn't great for diving that day and there was really strong current so I was fighting to figure out what to do while being tossed around. Jennifer was impatient and made me feel like I was slowing things down. I got out of the water and didn't complete any open water dives that day. I went back to the pool the next day to try to get more comfortable with being underwater and my basic skills. The fourth day, I was booked on the Catalina excursion and I was sure it was going to go terribly. Then I met Eugenio, the excursion dive instructor. He told me diving is his passion and he wants other people to know what that feels like. He said we would move slowly and he would stay with me the whole time until I was comfortable; the first dive would just be a dive. No skills assessment. Just enjoyment. It was amazing! I was still nervous but he did exactly what he said he would do, and made sure I was okay at all times. By the second dive that day, I was able to be on my own and complete the skills assessments. I am so grateful to Eugene for taking the time to make sure I was comfortable so that I could finish the course. I am happy to say I am now PADI open water certified!

Jennifer is pro! - I did my Open Water certification course with Jennifer and she is an excellent instructor: Very patient with us and very clear in her instructions. She was very good at taking extra time with those students who struggled a little when they got their nose under water.
