The relaxation starts as you board the luxury double-decker catamaran – the Doctor Fish Ocean Spa. As it glides along the Bavaro coast, you’ll get to grips with Pilates and yoga, and indulge in traditional massage and detoxification treatments – all served with a generous helping of beautiful Caribbean scenery.

Next up, you’ll get off the boat for some in-water relaxation time on a floating mattress. When you return to port, you’ll make your way to a nearby aquarium for a treatment with a difference – sit back as a tank of garra rufa fish exfoliate your feet by nibbling at them, leaving them feeling silky-smooth.
