Great Experience - Great experience! The buggy/horse back riding excursion was soo much fun. We had a wonderful time. The tour guides were very helpful!

Try it you won’t regret it! - Great experience you definitely get your money’s worth. You will need a nap after and a bath 😂 horse back riding, Zip line, buggy, lunch and more. Couldn’t have chosen better!

Adventurous - Juan Carlos was a great tour guide! We did a couple of activities, it was a great time and experience.

Best time ever - Me and my partner had a great time. Juan Carlos was wonderful and an excellent tour guide. I would do it all over again. 10/10 recommend

Great Adventure - Excursion was well organized and was well worth the money. Highly recommend this excursion. Only downside was local people trying to get you to buy things the whole trip.

Great experience - The service was excellent. You get more then what you pay for the price was very reasonable and the service and activities were great!

No horseback riding - We were really looking forward to horseback riding since it was listed as part of the excursion. Once we arrived we were told that it was unavailable and only issued a $5 refund after complaining. This was false advertising and there was a large group of us wanting to horseback ride. In addition we were picked up at 11am instead of 10:30am.

50/50 - Mixed feelings about this tour. - Gave it a 3, not because of the tour buggy staff, they were great guys. Their buggy's definitely need some maintenance so that's something to consider as you're booking this type of tour, what type of vehicle will you have, updated? not? My buggy had a hard time starting and they eventually had to change the battery - no problems after that. One of my family member's buggy stopped and they had to get them another - no disruption to the day though as it happened during one of our scheduled stops. We however DID NOT HAVE HORSE BACK RIDING as part of our tour and the Viator driver seemed oblivious to that part of the tour. Our driver also was chatting it up with other Spanish speakers, taking his eyes off the road, hands off the wheel and then at one point saying something about the "Americana's." Well a few in our group could understand a little Spanish and once they he realized it, changed the subject. No cool. Also, we were picked up at 10:30 - on schedule - but once dropped at the dune buggy spot, we did not get going until 1:00pm!!! This was supposed to be a 4 hour tour that turned into 6 with NO horse back ride which is why my daughter-in-law chose this tour!!! Do a dune buggy tour, but maybe with another tour company, you will enjoy it.

Don’t bother. - The bus never showed up. We waited for an hour. Destroyed my 10 years birthday. The family was completely devastated

False advertisement- not reputable! - I don’t believe the tour would have been terrible. However the company promoting this tour “Bayahibe tour” is not reputable. I checked age requirements and information before booking this tour. The plan was for my mom and I to take my 4 kids ages 5, 4, 2, and 1 onthe tour. It was advertised for ages 1 and up. I checked several times as I knew I had little kids. The actual guides and drivers were very pleasant. The pick up “safari bus” was fun and my children enjoyed the ride. However it was a long process as they stopped at several hotels to pick up. Once arriving the buggy company approached me to let me know the children were too young. They had tried to reach out to the tour company “Bayahibe tour” but of course no answer. There was also no mention of horseback riding. It would just be a buggy ride, beach stop and cenote cave stop. The issue was with the booking company not really the tour itself. Do not use Bayahibe tour. I reached out and the buggy company reached out and there was no response. Complete false advertisement! And NO REFUND or even a response from the selling company “Bayahibe tour”! Do not book from this company!
