Yanette was the sweetest! - Our stay started out a little rocky as I wasn't feeling well and I got sick at the pool bathroom. Resort employee, Yanette helped me by cleaning up my mess, getting me something to drink and advice on what to do to feel better. Every day after she made sure to check on me and make sure I was feeling better. Everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back some day.

A week in paradise - The best hotel in Punta Cana by far. Majestic, modern hotel with quality building details, great use of the views of the place, excellent furniture. Top level food. There are multiple restaurants with cuisine from different countries of excellence. But the best of the best is the quality of care. All you have to do is look up and you already have a person asking you how they can help you or if you want something to drink, all with a cordiality and kindness that makes you feel very comfortable. Wander and Perla the best in animation. We are going to miss Wander and his joy. And the volleyball games that I organize for us every day. Juan the best bartender in the bar. Wilton and Pedro prepared spectacular tuna and beef steaks for us every lunchtime. And Antony the best omelettes in the world. All the people you meet during your stay make you live the best experience in a dream place. I hope we return soon!

EXCELLENT VACATIONS - There is no waste in the hotel. From the attention of all the staff, the good restaurants and the facilities. We had a medical mishap and their treatment was more than expected. The experience at the Spa is at another level and even more so if Agustina, Katherine and Anyara serve you. And when you go to the Pier, don't stop looking for Altagracia and Ruth. But in general everything is excellent!!!

The staff demonstrate kindness - My spouse, son and I arrived yesterday from Hyatt Ziva and if I can rate beyond a "5" we would. Our son is on the autism spectrum and EVERYONE from the point of service went above and beyond. Butler: Christopher was highly recommended by friends and family and he catered to all of our needs without us even asking. Entertainment Staff: Amado & Jose from the Entertainment staff greeted us each day, spoke with our son who had said he had just turned 16 years old prior to the vacation. He surprised all of us with a beautiful cake and gift that really speaks volumes of all the initiative the staff has. Arelis-her smile lights up a room and her warm demeanor is enchanting. Always kept us hydrated by the pool side. Mercado Restaurant: We appreciated the warm welcome and attention to all details from the following hostess staffs: Bladimir, Avry, Deilyn, & Yamilett. Housekeeper: The room was beyond clean and welcoming.

Service was better than expected! Worth the cost for the peace of mind. - We booked this transportation service through the Hyatt Zilara resort because we wanted to avoid cabs and wanted reliable and trustworthy transportation. The vendor is called Transukar, and they provided excellent service throughout our roundtrip from the airport to the resort. Prior to our trip, we received details with photos of where and how we would be picked up from the airport. When we arrived, our name was on an ipad at the correct desk, so we knew we had made it to the correct place. From there a desk agent escorted us through a loud crowd of taxi drivers, to safe location and stayed with us until our shuttle arrived. Our driver Sergino was excellent and polite, helping us with luggage, providing water, and and safely delivering us to our resort. The same was true for our driver Francisco that picked us up to bring us to the airport after our stay. He was cheerful, polite, patient and punctual. He made sure our of our luggage was accounted for and made sure we were to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. After booking, this company handled everything. They paid attention to our flight times and adjusted. We did not have to call them or wait for them ever. This was an excellent service, and both of our drivers were wonderful.

Unforgettable experience - Super nice experience, unparalleled attentions, extremely comfortable facilities, rooms and bathrooms not to speak, Service from exceptional staff, people, nice, friendly and super gentle, veryyyy good food, better than I have tried compared to other hotels. We congratulate the concierge department for its excellent supervisor was unmatched, collaboration, Service, attention and dedication to the customer.

Simply the best! - This place is absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, the staff is fantastic, the food is wonderful, the entertainment is fabulous. We have absolutely NO complaints whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again.

Eating, laughing and creating memories - Amazing supper at the Peruvian restaurant “Shutters” Diego, Jaime, Rosanna, Enrique, Diomoiry, and Gregory. Exceptional team work. They were funny and patient as we were a big group with lots of requests. Thank you so much !

Good service - Communication was via whatsapp. I had to text the service when we got off the plane and then again when we were through customs. They had personnel waiting with our name on a placard outside at the airport pickup area. It took us a very long time to get through customs and get our luggage and I was expecting our driver to be right there, but we had to wait another 5-10min after we made it outside at the pickup area to get our driver. Van was very nice as was driver and we felt very safe travelling to our resort. The way back to airport, the driver was very nice, but the van was not so great. It was making a noise that sounded like we weren't going to make it back. We did just fine but it was a bit worrisome. All in all we paid a great price and everything worked out. I would maybe spring for a more luxury experience next time though.
