Exactly what I was looking for! - We had a fabulous riding experience! The communication via WhatsApp was super helpful and they are very responsive. The ride is an hour long, half on beaches and half through a shaded trail - nice and scenic. I am an experienced rider and wanted to gallop a few times, and was able to. The horses seem well cared for; after my tour they were taken back to the farm and swapped out for the next tour. Our guide, Miguel, was great! Overall a perfect experience -- exactly what I was looking for!

Well run and executed... - Well run and executed event. Very kind, generous, and professional. Great blend of local arts, crafts, food and amazing horse back riding experience. Miguel was a fantastic guide. Ensured everyone had an awesome time. We felt special, tended too, and well informed. So much fun. Highly recommend it. Very affordable.

Fabulous ! - Horses were well cared for. Ride is a mixture of trail and beach. Juan Carlos did an EXCELLENT job of choosing horses to fit three riders of various skills (from never ridden to very experienced). Those who wished to, cantered on the gorgeous beach. Let them take the free pictures at the end. It was a full 2-hour ride I wish I had time to take again!

Not as expected - Horses were nice and our guide was a nice guy too, but did not meet expectations. We were collected with Uber and dropped off at a plot of land in front of ranch (I presume). No introduction, no explanation just get on the horse. We spent about 20 minutes riding to the beach on public roads before making it to the beach. Once at the beach the horses were pushed in position for some photos (charged extra) no offer to take with our phones. Then we had a 20 break before heading back over paved roads before we were collected with same uber. Whole experience little more than hour. I booked the tour so we could ride on the beach and there was no opportunity for that.

The horseback riding was... - The horseback riding was good, though too short for the cost paid. A big part of this was a sales effort at the horse farm, where they pushed us to purchase a lot of organic, home-grown goods including honey, vanilla, clear vanilla, coffee, tea, ... I expect some of this on these events, but the time spent on the sales pitch was excessive. The driver was 35 minutes late (again, a little late is not unexpected, but this was too late) and as a result the riding was cut short and a car picked us up part way through the trip to take us back to our hotel. I cannot complain about the horse riding. I would give it 4-5 stars. The horses and the people we rode with were great, and the scenery along the beach is quite pleasant. The rest of the experience was disappointing.

This tour is a scam - This company is a scam, the company uses the name of another company to sell their tour and I know it because I contacted the real company Punta Cana Adventures and they said that they have already reported the situation to Viator but they do not solve the problem yet, if you search for this company Punta Canada Adventures does not appear on Google, the service says that you are picked up from your hotel but they never do, there is no address to get to, a person contacted me my reservation was at 9am and they modified it at 1pm, of course I asked for the refund of my money, they told me where to get to, I got to the place and the beach was super dirty, it is not the beach they show in the photos, the horses look super tired, the “guide” wanted to finish the tour after only 40min and I had paid for two hours and wanted to leave us lying on the beach when I had already coordinated with my driver the pickup point, do not lose your money like this, it is a company that does not exist, irresponsible and dishonest and viator knows it and they do nothing.

There was no... - There was no communication on what time to meet, only to be at the gate, no response from the company after sending multiple messages to inquiry about the tour, only could tell me it must have been the internet and we got left. I'll NEVER book with this company again!

Nobody showed up to pick... - Nobody showed up to pick us up at the scheduled time. We tried calling and contacting the operator but received no response. We went to Macao Beach ourselves and still could not find anyone from the tour. The service was not provided at all. Please issue a full refund.
