Hard Rock resort - we went on a rick springfield fan getaway and had a blast. the resort had lots of fun things for all ages. loved the pools and seeing the ocean but didn't like going to the beach outside of special concert because of people wanting to sell you stuff. it's easy to get around on the resort property with the gulf cart transportation. we missed the whole water park section because we did not see it until our shuttle service back to the airport. we had a beautiful room not to far from the elevator and where our room was located we didn't have to walk that far to get back to the lobby.

Quick Trip. - The driver was great we arrived at the Hard Rock in less than 30 minutes. But for some unknown reason we had to wait around at check in area for 15 minutes before we left for the hotel.

Not PRIVATE as Paid for - We were supposed to have a private shuttle to the airport that we went online and booked round trip. Then the booking said it was one-way. On the day of departure, someone else was in our PRIVATE shuttle who also paid for a private shuttle. So the service did quite well in that trip. Should not advertise as round-trip Private if you will add people, regardless of whether or not the people know each other. Someone should be refunded.
