We are a new and innovative tour in the area. We do small groups of up to 12 people per tour so your experience will be more personal. Our Bikes are very easy to ride if you know how to ride a bicycle you can ride our bikes. We make sure that every customer receives proper practice and feels comfortable prior to departure. We are a new and innovative tour in the area. We do small groups of up to 12 people per tour so your experience will be more personal. Our Bikes are very easy to ride if you know how to ride a bicycle you can ride our bikes. We make sure that every customer receives proper practice and feels comfortable prior to departure. Our aim is to let you feel safe so you can enjoy your ride and explore the beautiful sceneries in style.
Duration of the Tour it self will be approximately 3 hours including visiting stops and the drive route from and back to the starting point.
The total of 4hour and 30 min is including transportation by bus from and back of your pick up location depending how far you are from our starting point.

Highly recommend e-bike tour - This was an awesome experience. Katie was wonderful, knowledgeable and an awesome guide.
Before we left she made sure we were comfortable riding the bikes and answered any questions and gave us all the tips and reassurance we needed.
The tour was wonderful and we never felt rushed - an awesome experience and would advise anyone to take this tour., you will have a wonderful time !! Thanks to Katie she made the tour !!!

It’s was a very peaceful... - It’s was a very peaceful ride. She made us feel comfortable and made sure we knew how to operate the e-bikes before getting on the ride. She didn’t rush us when shopping at local stores, she was nice and had great hospitality.

Great e bike excursion - This is an excursion to do for all adults! Our tour rep was Katty and you couldn’t ask for a better leader. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind! Was a little nervous about the traffic but after practicing riding the bikes in the parking lot the confidence grew and the anxiety left. We followed Katty to a beautiful gift shop where the employees were welcoming and then to bibijagua which is a building full of vendors. Can be a little pushy but did buy a few things and they were very grateful. It is their source of income and love to support them instead of store. We then went into town and had empanadas at a small authentic restaurant and the best empanadas that we have had. The last stop was a park that had fish and turtles and statues in a beautiful natural environment. Absolutely breathtaking and peaceful. The excursion cost was minimal for the adventure and really could cost more and still be well worth the adventure. Hope Katty and the e bike adventure all the prosperity and success. Until we meet again

Katie took us out about... - Katie took us out about town and for an authentic DR snack downtown. We loved the adventure and seeing the beach and shopping too. Katie is a great e-bike instructor as it was my first time!

Fun way to explore the area and immerse in the culture for a couple hours - So much fun exploring the area with Katty. The Ebikes are really scooters but easy to drive. I loved feeling like a local tooling around on scooters. We saw some cool areas. There was some pressure to shop, but honestly id rather give my business to the locals than to the resort stores owned by (most likely) an American. The empanada was so yummy and the downtown area really fun to see too. Highly recommend

This was a very different... - This was a very different experience that turned out to be one of the highlights of our vacation. The e-bike riding was great, the food was great, and Katty and team did an excellent job of making us feel welcome. We had a lot of fun. The training was helpful, and the driver who picked us up at the hotel was happy, friendly, and on time. Zero complaints and we will do this again on our next trip to Punta Cana.

A nice way to see more of the area and get a feel for the Dominican - Thank you to Katie for a fun tour. I was not the best bike rider but Katie was very patient and a good teacher! She was very friendly, easy to chat with and made the tour enjoyable. We went to several different stops and it was nice to be able to see outside of the resort. We enjoy exploring areas and seeing more than the hotel, this was a good way to do this. There is some practice time on the bike before you go on the road and you are close to Katie who keeps watch the whole time. As a family of 4 we all enjoyed the tour! Thank you.

Not for beginners as advertised and dirty - 1. We got there and the little office you are taken to is pretty damn dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. My wife needed to use it but there wasn’t even a toilet seat!
2. It was advertised as beginner friendly and it is not(at least for us). The e-bikes have a very touchy throttle. If you ride it is probably pretty easy.
3. We opted not to do the tour for safety purposes and was told we had to wait hours in that crappy office before someone could take us back to the hotel. We opted to get an Uber and get the heck out.
4. After conversation with Viator the operator only refunded 1/2 our money. We escalated the situation and are still waiting on a response from Viator.
So all in all very disappointed in this tour. We have used Viator exclusively and still most likely will but disappointed this tour was not vetted better.
