Experience of. Lifetime - The experience was a once in a lifetime experience. Although a bit sketchy in the beginning because we were going to a strange “dress shop” but once there Mike, Eddy & Aliya made us feel at ease. Once we got to the beach they posed each of us in the best way to make us look amazingly beautiful.

Birthday Celebration - Photographer Eddie was great . He came up with great shots that highlighted each of us differently. Aliya was great with helping get us dressed and was polite. I enjoy this experience. Everyone was helpful, generous & kind.

Flying Dress Photo Session - The Flying Dress Photo Session was phenomenal. Our photographer Eddy and driver Luis were both amazing. They both made sure we had to time of our lives and photos came out perfect.

Best Time! - BEST TIME EVER! Eddy was my photographer/driver, he was so nice, understanding and fun! Such a sweet soul. He made me so comfortable and calmed my nerves! Mike was the representative, he's very kind and kept checking on me throughout the entire process and after to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing! - This was the best part of the vacation. Mr Jackson shared exactly what to expect before we arrived. The dresses were beautiful and so many to choose from. The photographer was great and very professional. I plan to return in Oct. and bring a group. Thank you Mr Jackson for a wonderful experience!

Amazing Flying Dress Experience - This experience was absolutely amazing. I will definitely refer my clients to this business. Eddie was the photographer and he was very professional and it didn’t take all day.

They were 2 hours late picking me up. The car was 1 bump from falling apart. The building where you change was sketchy in a ba - The pics were nice but the experience sucked. Michael Jackson was s rude and condescending in conversation. Would not recommend

Disappointment - To begin the photographer was as hour late meeting us at the designated pick up location. We waited outside in the hot sun. No excuse for that, we selected the time that was offered and the drive should have been on time. No EXCUSES for traffic. Driver should know traffic patterns and plan accordingly . The experience was not at all delivered as presented. We spent $450 for a 1 hour photo session. The advertisement said we would be transported to a studio to select dresses. Well, the studio was upstairs in an old building with no appropriate changing room and a restroom with no toilet paper. There were a few dresses only, several were soiled making our selection limited. We were constantly being rushed… This tour was supposed to transport us to 2 locations to take photos. Punta Cana beach and Bavaro beach. We went to one beach and when I inquired about the other location the photographer had the audacity to say one location was on the beach and the second was the “tree” on the beach we took pictures at. I am far from stupid and can read very well I am an attorney for 40 years. I clearly know when I’m being misled. Later we were told we could change at the pick up location and use the restrooms only to be scolded by the place we were told to go and were refused to use their restrooms. We were returned to the “dress studio” and had to argue to get a ride back to the drop off location. The experience was not 2-3 Hours as marketed, but about 1 hour. The photographer then rushed us to select photos as he had another job!!! To top it all off this was advertised that 30! Photos would be taken and we could select 5. Actually only 10—12 photos were taken. The driver then tried to persuade us to spend another $200 for additional pictures. You can not be serious!!! I have used Viator for multiple years throughout travels in Europe and the U.S. for multiple years. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience… A refund of some sort is definitely due!! Totally a rip off!! I’ll check with my credit card Vinland about a refund Sooo disappointing and such a Misleading and untrue advertisement…
