Top night out for a real mixture of age groups - Great fun, glad we booked Gold tickets as plenty space to move & also had a seat to sit down if needed & somewhere to put drinks. Show was amazing & drinks were free flowing, definately worth the money

Fabulous !!! - What a fabulous show and experience, one of our best nights out as a family. We had a reserved area and it was well worth paying extra for this, staff friendly and easy to get drinks ordered. Wonderful night!!!

Worth the experience, unlike any party I've been to - The fun begins in front of the club, with the team dancing and interacting with the people. For those who buy the track ticket, the queue is quite large, we bought the intermediary and the agency placed us in the inside without a queue in our place, as if it were archibancadas, it was to be possible to sit, but as they put a lot of people la inside, it becomes almost impossible, but the place is great to watch the concerts because it is at the height of the central stage, I also stood next to the stairs of the bathrooms, which were clean, and the emergency exit, which gave me some tranquility, because the place is really very crowded (I was on a Thursday, in the spring break period) the shows, lights, sounds, are spectacular and worth the ticket, and the tightness inside. The air conditioning is well controlled and there is no heat inside. I paid for unlimited drinks, but the waitress couldn't get there. The party ends at 01:30h 5h of party and passes quickly because it is ipinotizing the show. There was a lot of pretty people. The interactive screens with the public are also a separate attraction. Although quite expensive, it is worth the experience.

1st night in Punta Cana - The show was a great experience, however, I think it went on for a bit too long. It was worth it though and I'd recommend it.

Overrated, repetitive and overpriced - The show is good but it is repetitive year after year. We "skipped the line" but there werent many people in the original line so not a great gain. Premium drink package is still cheap alcohol or no alcohol at all. Nothing Premium about it. And inside is very crowded. We had seats which one has to pay almost double to get them and you get a very uncomfortable bar stool and for free you get to rub elbows with an stranger. Extremely crowded. Most people are standing up. We paid $350 for 2 tickets. Without tip. Not worth repeating it. If it was great, I would.

The “food” served for... - The “food” served for this price is tuna sandwiches, grilled cheese, bar S hot dogs, and burgers. The workers were extremely rude. There is no private entrance to the VIP, so you have to push through the crowd to get to where you’re supposed to sit. Not worth the money.

Oversold - I booked two Gold tickets. I’d read reviews where people said they had issues with the collection so messaged the tour operator via Viator immediately to confirm the travel plans. After 8 hours, there was still no response. I read the description details again and noticed at the bottom it said we had to contact them via a telephone number to arrange transport, which I then did. I rang via Whatsapp but there was no answer. I then messaged and rang again a few minutes later. A man answered and after some back and forth, he advised us a driver would collect us at 7:10pm and to send him our voucher so he could confirm the booking. Around 5:30pm we received a message on Whatsapp to advise that the booking had been declined as it was made after the date and time had expired, and to contact the booking website to request a refund. This was confusing as we had already paid and received the voucher for entry. We managed to get the number for Coco Bongo and messaged them for confirmation of this. They responded to say that the event had been oversold. This was very disappointing. We checked the Coco Bongo website and at this point they were still selling Gold tickets for the same night and other reviewers had also said the event was frequently oversold/over crowded. We are still trying to request a refund as we spent a significant amount of money on the tickets. All in all, a disappointing experience and we would recommend booking weeks in advance to secure the ticket and not via Viator.

Highly Overrated, Not for those over 25 - This is just a glorified night club with lots of unsynchronized dancing in between Music videos. Basically a 5 min mediocre show, then 15 or more mins of loud music, videos, lights where the public is encouraged to dance provocatively in the spot light to get projected on to the screen. Seating is very small uncomfortable bar stools. Not premium drinks and the worst uneatable hamburger we've ever had and that says a lot! Basically, its full of very drunk youths, mostly girls, looking for attention. Felt more sad than fun. Designed for 18 year old's Parking lot at the end is chaotic and very difficult to find your bus to get back.
