The music was good and the vibes were awesome - The party was very lit. Staff engaged with everyone on the boat. Definitely recommend. 10/10 definitely recommend to everyone.

Excellent water adventure - Awesome trip. Peter took care of everything for us and the crew is too notch. Got to snorkel with sting ray and fish, parties in waste deep water, enjoyed the slide on the boat. Will def do again.

Book this trip - The trip was amazing. Great crew! Definitely book this trip. So much fun. The slide was kids of fun. Drinks and snacks were provided.

I would do this AGAINNNN - Amazing time. Staff was professional but yet FUN. Snacks and drinks was a perfect EXTRA. The music could have been more 90' s though.

A 40th B-Day trip - This was one of the best experiences I've had on boat rides!!! Everyone was so welcoming and professional!! I would definitely do this trip again!!

At some resorts, like... - At some resorts, like ours (Paradius Palma Real) Transportation does not come to the front entrance of the resort. They request we walk to the gate. Transportation pick us up 30 mins late. They ended the boat ride 15 minutes early and transportation was late. We decided to take an Uber back to our resort. Aside from that, they played great music and it was good vibes on the boat.

Very fun!! - The boat was amazing. The boat party in the middle with music was top tier. There were fruits and nachos on the boat. Be prepared for people to try to sell you things. I wanted to purchase pictures and the tourist tried to charge me more than what he said so just beware of that.

Okayyyyy - Driver picked up on time and dropped us off at the beach. It was a bit confusing. We waited at least half an hour more with no information. Finally, a boat arrived almost 45 minutes into the trip. Drinks were weak, music was good, one fruit tray...hmmm. One of the customers bought a bottle from the people selling food and drinks at the natural pool. Did not see any dolphins. Thankfully, the weather was great... not too hot or windy. It was good to be out on the water. We all made the best of it.

Unhappy on the water - I have used Viator to book tours for over 20 years and I have never had a problem until this trip which I took to Punta Cana Dominican Republic on June 26th 2025. I booked this tour for 15 of my friends to celebrating my birthday weekend in Punta Cana I realize this was not a private tour and that it was open to the public. The bus arrived at 1:55pm we boarded the bus at 2:10 p.m. The bus made stops at 4 different resorts to pick up passengers. When we finally arrived at our destination it was 3:25pm the bus driver who didn't speak english was having difficulty finding a place to park the bus. After waiting on the bus for 25 minutes with no explanation we were motioned by the driver to get off the bus and follow a person that we had not been introduced to. There were several people on the bus who request to go to the restroom and was told that if they went to the restroom the boat may leave them however they were able to make it to the restroom and to proceed to the boat. When we got to the boat there was difficulty with trying to keep my party of 15 together they kept trying to tell us some of us needed to wait for another boat. I told the preson that was not acceptable finally we all did get on the boat. On the boat 8 members of my party asked for life jackets because they did not swim and life jackets were not provided to them. The crew was very rude which caused the 8 members of my party to leave the boat. The number of people on the boat exceeded the number of people that the boat could transport safely the fact that it did not have the proper safety equipment was a major concern and put many people's life in danger if something would have happened on the water. There was no PA system on the boat and we could not hear any instructions that were being given also the entire crew were rude and discourteous and very unprofessional. Katie Jackson

Do not book this boat - I really wanted to love this party boat experience — I was so excited after reading all the great reviews — but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. We were told transportation would be provided to and from our resort, but that didn’t happen. We had to find our own cab to the meeting point, and while they did pay for the cab once we arrived, it was not the smooth experience we were promised. Once on the boat, it was hard to even enjoy ourselves because the staff constantly harassed us to take photos and pressured us to buy them, even after we declined. Then it started raining (which of course they can’t control), but the way they handled it made things worse. They moved us to a different boat and then dropped us off at a completely different location from where we started, with no guidance or help to get back to our resort. We were left standing in the pouring rain, in the dark, with no transportation and no staff around to assist. Thankfully, because we do speak Spanish , we were able to walk to a nearby business and get help calling a cab, but so many other guests — cold, wet, drunk, and confused — were just left stranded. The whole situation was unsafe and poorly managed. I would not recommend this party boat at all. It didn’t feel safe, the vibe was off, and overall it was a really disappointing experience.
