Family/adult friendly - We had the best time! 10 out of 10! We had our family of six people ages 12-47 and everyone had a blast! The team on our boat was super friendly and helpful! I cannot use enough exclamation points for this review! Will 100% book with this company if we return!

Had a great time! - We did and saw alot. We snorkeled, saw dolphins and went to a shallow area to swim with our family. The staff on the boat was great! Nikki Punta Cana was the best host and even let our lil captain drive the boat. I highly recommend doing a boat tour with them. Snacks (chips and salsa, fruit and drinks were provided. Open bar was a plus!

What a vibe - The crew made my boat ride the most memorable. They were so fun and helpful. We had an amazing ride and the pictures we took were amazing. It was a complete vibe. We were able to purchase a hookah because we had a private boat. They provided rum punch and lunch for us. We were able to swim at the sand bar with other boats. It was a very nice excursion. I would book again

The experience itself was... - The experience itself was great! They never received our original reservation, so we waited and no one came to pick us up, but a quick call and they had us rescheduled for 2 hours later! I don't understand why we had to stop at the tourist store for 45 minutes - I was wary to get out of the cab since it was obvious we were not at a marina. But once we got on the boat, the captain and crew were AWESOME. We dealt with some weather (downpouring rain), so it was cut short, but all in all the actual boat and events on the boat were great. Getting a ride back to the hotel was also a little challenging, lots of waiting, but they eventually got us back safe and sound.

Don't hire. Blue Marine is not a Serious Enterprise. Really unpresentable. - I hired the tour. Blue Marine did not contact me to arrange the pickup. Seeing that they didn't contact me, I wrote to them. They didn't answer. The morning they were supposed to pick me up I called them, they told me there weren't enough reservations and they didn't do the tour. Unpresentable ones.

The equivalent of booking 1 star hotel. - Fruit tray looked like it was leftover from previous outing. You had to pick up fruit with hands and nothing to put it on. When you 1st get on boat they go over the itinerary. 1) see dolphins 2) what they call natural pool and then we would end with snorkeling. Which I thought was odd having people getting intoxicated before snorkeling. Well needless to say they didn't take us snorkeling. Said we ran out of time. So because of their poor time management we didn't get to snorkel. (I don't believe they had any intention of taking us snorkeling.) Total waste of my vacation time and money.

DON'T BOOK WITH BLUE MARINE PUNTA CANA! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY - DON'T BOOK WITH BLUE MARINE PUNTA CANA! I can't believe the service that me and my group received from Blue Marine Punta Cana! I was in Punta Cana celebrating my retirement from the Cook County Sheriff's Department after 30 years. I had a group of 30 people with me. I thought it would be nice for some of us to go on excursions. I researched and saw your website and thought this would be perfect. I asked my travel agent to book us with the Blue Marine because this looks classy and we would have an enjoyable time. On December 12, 2024 I had a group of 10 go on an excursion through Viator which included a carribean party boat with snorkeling. To get on the charter we had to walk through the water and climb up through the bottom of the boat!!! The first step was at least 3ft high! All we had was 2 ropes to hold on to, 1 guy on the stairs to pull you up and another guy behind you to push you bt your butt up the stairs. That was unacceptable! I have Multiple Sclerosis and this hurt my legs and caused me to have a relapse. The rest of my retirement trip was miserable because of this! There were people in my group in their 60's. Why did we have to board and exit the charter this way? We saw other charters that had ramps! When we exited the charter none of the employees helped us. We had to help each other off. A couple of people fell into the water. What we received on this party boat was music being played singing about bitches, sex and drugs, pure trap music and vulgar dancing, pictures and videos attached. The crew that was running this charter had a guide named Nicky who was drunk and about 8 employees who were no more than 21, with no uniforms and they all were high and drunk. They were smoking from a hookah sitting next to some of my group and walking around drinking from bottles of alcohol. They made this excursion absolutely terrible. Most of us were very uncomfortable. We were sold tickets to receive food on the boat that should have included chicken or steak. The people that ordered steak received their plates with chicken. When they inquired about the steak they were told in a very rude way by the only female in the group that they had no steak. This female employee was also spotted making the "rum punch" with nothing but kool-aid water and sprite..NO RUM. I've had the pleasure of going on many party boat cruises and NONE OF THEM WERE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL! Your website is false advertisement we received absolutely nothing like what your website says you offer and your crew is dangerous. I came to Punta Cana to celebrate and your crew made the rest of my trip miserable by causing me a flare up of my autoimmune disease. DO NOT BOOK A BOAT CRUISE THROUGH BLUE MARINE PUNTA CANA AND VIATOR! I couldn't post videos of vulgar dancing because it's to nasty.
