Great, fun experience - This was arranged for us by our hotel. We were picked up on time and arrived safely at the park. Our excellent guide, Carlos, spoke very good English and explained step by step what to expect on the Polaris buggy ride. We also visited and swam in the Blue Lagoon. They also served us a hearty lunch. The horseback riding was fun as well.

First time horse back riding - Love the hospitality. Guys and women were very friendly. Would definitely go back . Lunch was included and it was traditional Dominican food. Delicious

Off roading - My family and I had a great time on the polarise tour with Carlos as a guide. I would definitely do it again and recommend the excursion for some outdoor fun.

Great overall experience. - We had a great time here. The park is beautiful, the employees were friendly and helpful. The cost was reasonable and it wasn’t overly crowded. We booked our excursion through TUI and had no issues with the transfer. The sacred river is absolutely gorgeous and the staff took so many pictures so $60 for all the pictures was worth the cost. Our guide Michael took amazing pictures and was so kind. The staff really made the experience great.

Incredible Day of Adventure, Fun, and Warm Hospitality at Bavaro Adventure Park! - My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Bavaro Adventure Park in Punta Cana, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to the Dominican Republic. We booked the Polaris Adventure and Horseback Riding Combo, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we were picked up from our resort (right on time!) to the time we left, the entire day was seamless, exciting, and incredibly well organized. The check-in process at the park was smooth, and we were immediately struck by how friendly, welcoming, and professional every single staff member was. Everyone spoke great English, greeted us warmly, and made us feel like VIP guests — they looked you in the eye, asked your name, and made genuine connections. Such a rare and wonderful touch! Highlights of the Experience: Polaris Off-Road SXS Ride: Driving through muddy jungle terrain was so much fun! It was adventurous but never felt out of control. Blue Cenote Swim: Absolutely stunning and refreshing. A serene break during the adrenaline-packed day. Cultural Gift Shop Stop: A great little presentation on how Dominican coffee, hot chocolate, and mamajuana are made — with tastings included! We happily purchased a few items to bring home. Delicious Dominican Lunch: Flavorful and authentic, it was a perfect break in the day. Zip Lining: This was my first time zip lining, and I was honestly nervous — but the staff made me feel completely safe and supported. They were serious about safety protocols, which I truly appreciated. The multiple zips, including a canopy bridge and a final splash into water, were thrilling! Lazy River Tubing & Waterfall Pool: Such a relaxing way to wind down the day. Beautiful surroundings and just a lot of fun. Although we opted out of the horseback riding portion simply due to personal preference, it was nice to have the flexibility in the schedule. Photography & Memories: Phones weren't allowed during the adventure for safety reasons (a decision I totally respect), but they had multiple professional photographers capturing moments throughout the day. We ended up purchasing the digital photo package with 59 amazing shots — totally worth it to relive the memories! Final Thoughts: I can't recommend Bavaro Adventure Park enough. It offers a full day of adventure, culture, nature, and relaxation — all wrapped up in world-class service and hospitality. Whether you’re an adrenaline junkie or just looking to explore the beauty of the Dominican Republic in a safe and fun environment, this park has something for everyone. 10/10 — Would absolutely do it again!

Amazing - Today we went to do the Polaris VIP tour and it was absolutely amazing Carlos and his fabulous really took care of us was very lighthearted and funny grey amount of information. Food is fabulous very inspiring. Would 100% do that again! The transfer was included was amazing very good vibes felt very safe.

Great time - Had a great time. Carlos and Richard were amazing tour guides. Big big Willie was comical. The Sanote was beautiful. Would recommend to others

Fun attractions but no pictures! - The Baby showed us a great time on the buggy tour. We had a blast! It was like an adventure park for adults. We also went horseback riding and they allowed us to run the horses which was fun and different from other tours which usually allow you to walk them through paths! There was a cenote to jump into and cool off or a waterfall and other attractions like zip lining. You can spend a half a day or a full day here. There was also a snack bar and gift shop. What we did not like about the tour is they have you sign a waiver saying you are responsible for broken phones, cameras, go pros, etc. but once you get in they don't tell you that you are not allowed to bring them at all (so not sure what the point of including that into the waiver was) because if they see it, you will get kicked out and won't be reimbursed. Then, the most crazy part is they have photographers taking photos of you while you are there to charge you at the end to purchase them. The photos were not fairly priced for what they were and the staff "selling" you the photos were quite rude and we were not the only ones that felt that way. Overall it was a good time and we are glad we booked, but the no pictures part was a huge bummer. This was one of the most authentic meals we had on our entire trip so the food was definitely worth it! Also be forewarned, wear water shoes or shoes you don't mind getting dirty or even fine with throwing away. My shoes got destroyed with the water and mud. I ended up throwing them away they smelled so bad!

Bavaria Adventure Park - The park is a ton of fun. We did the Polaris ride and horseback ride and had a blast. The staff is friendly and super attentive to the guests. In addition to the rides, they have a marketplace that includes a great presentation. My biggest critique is that you finish an hour and a half before the rides take you back, and you have to wait for the buses at that point. Would have much preferred to have rides ready when we finished - felt disorganized.
