Get wet - The tour was nice. The tour guides were attentive. Do not wear your best clothes, you will get muddy Do not order food from the beach! It was overpriced and horrible.

Loved it! - We loved loved everything about this excursion! Staff was nice and knowledgeable and made it fun. Pictures that were taken was top tier for a reasonable price. I would definitely do this again when visiting the DR again.

Good valuable experience - This was a truly valuable experience. We weren’t expecting to get so muddy, but it was worth it. The staff was well-coordinated, friendly, and attentive. The last stop on the beach was well-received by everyone. I would highly recommend this tour. The only minor issue/constructive criticism was (1) the stop to jump in the water at the cave which we didn’t do as it didn’t appear too safe to us (others did jump in) and (2) communication regarding the pickup time. It was a bit confusing because we thought it was 11:30 am, but they showed up at 10:45 am. I suggest you clarify this when booking.

You get what you pay for…. - I’d chalk this excursion up to “you get what you pay for”! First off, our driver couldn’t get into the resort…not sure why, but after about 30+ minutes they let him in…which of course was a whole experience. The overall excursion was just meh…the buggy’s are old, poor brakes, hard to handle. There are no helmets, though I saw other tour groups with them. To get away from the resort and see a few things for a cheap price, it’s okay. The beach experience was nice, though the locals immediately flock to sell you things. We did get some really nice pictures! I’d def go with a different company if we do this on our next visit.

Good tour but dishonest. - The tour itself was good but while in the cenote, the mount on my GoPro snapped and it sunk down to the bottom right off the diving platform, I attempted to dive down a few times to find it but without a mask, I didn't have much luck. One of the tour operators offered to help me for a fee. He tried a few times but then sent the on my way to continue the tour assuring me he would keep looking and bring it to me at the beach (next part of the tour). Nobody ever arrived at the beach. Upon returning back to the start point of the tour, nothing was mentioned until I asked again and they assured me it would be found and returned. They took my phone number down and said they would call the next day once they had searched again (for a fee). I also sent a message to the main office explaining what had happened and they also assured me that they would look for it and return it to me. 5 days later: no camera, no more responses to messages. My deduction: they either didn't continue looking as promised or found it and kept it.

Not my favorite but has potential - My rating isn’t a knock at the people, they were great. However, my Buggy had terrible brakes and apparently the guy behind me too. He slammed into the back of us because he couldn’t stop. Furthermore, helmet gear is not included which would be a little safer. Personally, the cave was lackluster. But could be cool for someone who’s experiencing it for the first time. Also, I bought a small batch of mamajuana ( a popular Dominican drink) only to find out it was x5 of what I could have paid at the resort. As stated before the people were nice, and the route was good. The beach was nice also. It has potential, just wasn’t my best experience.
