Great day out with ATV! - Great family day out! Muddy trail so recommend ATV rather than a Buggy! Nice and friendly stuff, helpful and able to speak English as we can’t speak Spanish.

First Time - Experience was great. Tour guide (Sean) was very informative and funny, recommended! Scenery and interactions were amazing. Plantation informative guide was educational and funny.

You gotta try it - The experience was absolutely worth the price, as it included five incredible activities that kept us engaged throughout the day. The highlight was undoubtedly the water cave, where we were mesmerized by the stunning natural formations and the serene atmosphere. Additionally, the beautiful beach provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun in the sun. Each activity was well-organized and offered something unique, making the entire outing unforgettable. Overall, it was an amazing adventure that exceeded our expectations!

4 v4 buggy tour! - This tour was amazing, had a great your guide, highly recommwnd PANDA. Vehicles were in great shape. Took us on a VIP tour!

Don't waste your time!!! - First of all, we were not informed by the tour provider that they could not access our resort. They did email me informing me that they would be about 10-15 minutes early, I had no problem with that at all. We were in the lobby of our VERY LARGE RESORT @740am. Many tour vehicles come and go, I'm waiting and waiting, 810am passes and still waiting, I email the provider and they aren't available until 9am ! I get a message from the driver saying "We're here". I said no you're not 🤦🏼‍♀️ This is now 830am and I asked if they were at the right lobby. (Bahia Principe has 5-7 lobbies) He then tells me to come to the front gates as the DON'T have access to the compound 😡 even if we had to walk from our lobby, it would have taken another 20 minutes. I asked the bell boy bring us and got there quickly enough. I was RUDELY great by another person telling me that I "should have read the email they sent out last night about being picked up earlier" Ummm Karen, I was NOT INFORMED they didn't have access to our resort, I was NOT INFORMED we had to meet at the MAIN GATE !!! POOR communication and the buggies were garbage, the helmets we were given to wear were filthy and disgusting 🫣 Seat belts were broken and had to tie you in. AVOID this provider if you can. Cenote was way too small, people/kids begging for money, too many pushing to buy the souvenirs. Macao beach was nice, but had to get out of the buggies and walk quite a bit of ways, once there we were greeted again, more people badgering you to buy what they had. As the old saying goes....ya get what ya paid for it 🤦🏼‍♀️😔
