Professional transportation service - My wife and I used Diamond tours for our transport from the airport to our resort and back. We highly recommend using this company. Booking is simple and easy, the drivers communicate very well where your pick up and drop off is and it was all done in a timely manner without the worry if they would show up or not. Very professional and safe. Highly recommend.

More than a walk, a complete adventure - Good service, smaller car on return. Upon returning to the airport we were sent a different vehicle, slightly smaller than the first transfer, but still comfortable. The driver was very attentive and made sure everything was in order with the luggage. Despite that small detail, the Service was excellent in every way

Don’t use this company! - So I booked diamond tours to pick us up at PUJ airport and drive us to La Ramana Hilton Garden Inn. Keep in mind I booked and paid for this all back in June and our trip was in January. I also paid for a thing they had on where you can get two beers and two bottles of water for so much money I ordered two of those for the ride there. Our flight was delayed by about 45 minutes but they had our flight number so I didn’t think it would be a problem. We walked outside. It took a while to find them even though they assured us it would be simple and then we sat there for well over an hour waiting for somebody to pick us up and drive us to our hotel. I was told when I booked that we would just walk out the door and walk straight and they’re right there holding up signs with our name on it lol! That didn’t happen! We talked to someone named Dylan whole time. He’s a very nice guy he told us he’s new. He just started there. He didn’t speak any Spanish. Just English. Which is fine with us because we only spoke English too. We finally got in and it wasn’t the nice vans that they showed in the picture. This van looked pretty beat up and old. We’re driving and I’m just wondering where the water and beer was because they made it sound like we could drink water and beer down to the hotel on our ride. We did not get any of that! Nor did we get a refund for it and we were told we could not drink a beer on the trip it’s against the law, which is fine, but they made it very misleading and made it sound like you could do all that.So we also prepaid for a ride from the cruise terminal since we were going on a cruise and back to PUJ airport afterwards which is a little over an hour drive I was told. They told us if I paid extra for the gate fee. They could pick us up right outside the door. If not, I had to walk out of the terminal area and they would meet us there. I paid the extra because I didn’t want to lug all that luggage outside the terminal gates, and I wasn’t really sure where to go. There’s four of us in total and two of us had wheelchairs because I severely sprained my ankle and my mom has breathing issues and heart issues and can’t walk very far. We had pre-arranged a time for 10 AM and we were on time we walked outside and they were nowhere to be found the person pushing my wheelchair went for a walk and tried to find them and they were nowhere to be found. I had did not have any Wi-Fi and if I made a call or turned on my data I would have been charged a lot of money so I didn’t really want to do that. The guy pushing my wheelchair let me link up to his phone and call Diamond tours up and he said that we had to walk outside the gates because unless we paid them to come to the door they’re not doing that. I told them that I did pay for that and they said that’s impossible! It doesn’t go through them because we have to go and send the money separate and something. He just kept rambling on about how it high to pay for them to come inside. I have the receipt showing that I did pay for it. But he didn’t want to listen to anything I said, and he just hung up. The driver ended up coming over and talking with me and said that I had to pay for the entrance fee if you wanted him to come over and pick us up at the door. I told him I did pay for the entrance fee and he didn’t want to listen to me either. He just walked away, so I’m sitting there with two of us in wheelchairs and a bunch of luggage, not knowing what to do or where it’s even find this guy. Even the guy pushing my wheelchair talk to him in Spanish, asking where he was and saying that I paid for it so he said I said well whatever I guess we have to go outside the gate with all this stuff so we walk outside the gate and he’s still not there after I called him and said don’t leave wait for us we’re coming. We sat there for half an hour and then nobody showed up. We called them back again and we’re told to send pictures of where we were sitting we did that and still nobody showed up after another 15 minutes. And then we were told we had to walk through this gravel. Parking lot way in the back to go meet with this guy so we had to leave the wheelchairs there and walk and push all of our luggage on this cart which couldn’t really push through gravel. The cart ended up tipping over my luggage landed on the ground, which broke a wheel off of one of my luggage. Then we finally find the guy this was about 45 minutes to an hour later! By then I’m fuming! Because if you know me, I’m a very organized person and I’m on time or early and I think things through to make our trips easier. I pre-booked things and pay for them in advance and I did not get what I paid for both trips! We must have called diamond tours seven times trying to find him and explain that we already paid for this and we were just dismissed like we were nothing! I would never ever ever book with this company. Find someone else we almost had to pay a taxi to drive us to the airport because we would’ve missed our flight. Not only do we pay extra for beer water and for them to drive inside the gates and we did not get any of that. I had to tip a lot of money to three porters to get us to find these guys and push us around and luggage around also a piece of my luggage got damaged. The wheel got torn off one of them so there’s also that that cost me money.

Company is not serious!!! - We made a trip in November/2025 to Punta Cana with the family (11 people). I booked the transfer with Diamond from Punta Cana airport to Hard Rock Casino & Spa very easily by whatsapp itself. I made the payment of 60% in advance and the rest a day before the trip. With the transfer almost everything went well, as we waited more than 40 minutes at the airport until our vehicle arrived. And when he arrived, it was not even close to the clean new vehicle that was presented to me in the photos: a dirty old Van came, with a bad-looking and very antipathetic driver. He hasn't even spoken a word with us the whole trip. I mean, it was without a slit, because there everything is moved to dollar notes... Already on our return, the vehicle was almost half an hour late because they said that the tyre had been drilled on the way. We were afraid of missing our flight, but that didn't happen. This driver deserves praise because he was very polite and communicative. But what annoyed me most was that I also hired an exclusive tour for our family to Saona Island, where we would have a boat exclusive to us. Just like the transfers, I also paid $700 in advance, and the other $600 a day before the trip. Because a day before the scheduled date of the tour, the company simply sent a message via Whatsapp communicating that the boat that would take us presented a problem the day before and that they simply would not get any other boat for us. They offered to postpone to the next day, but that day we were already taking the flight back. They promised that in the same week the financial sector would contact me to make the refund of the paid amounts, where I added 80 dollars of IOF that I had to pay, but to this day NO one gave any satisfaction, even sending messages every week to charge the solution, but they never answered me again. So my tip remains: DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY, IT'S NOT SERIOUS, HAS NOT CUMPLED YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND HAS NOT RETURNED YOUR MONEY.
