In general they complied with the minimum, but they complied - Average Service. On arrival, despite keeping in touch since before arrival, I did not have a vehicle to transport us, so they had to hire a Third party in the same airport courtyard. But in the end we arrived well.- They were contacted for offers of activities or tours and never did.- Pickup from the Hotel to the Airport was punctual and are inconvenient.-

Moldy ride!!! - When we arrived at the airport, there was no sign for Merenba tours nor my name on a placard. I had to walk the entirety of ground transportation area 5 times possibly more. I finally asked a different tour company and and they called Tropical Sky. Our car to our hotel was good. However our ride back to the airport was a shuttle with cracked windshield and lots of molds on the roof. I messaged Pablo which was our Tropical Sky contact and said we booked a private transfer so since it was just my husband and I, that means it’s a private transfer. That would have been ok for us however I am allergic to molds so definitely a 3 star for me. It was also difficult to get a confirmation pick up time from Pablo and he never sent the driver’s name and the picture of our ride as promised.

Booking accommodation in Chippenham. No photos as we did not get there. - It was very obvious early on that booking a B&B in Chippenham online was not going to be very straight forward. So we just did not bother trying too hard as it was proving to be a very difficult wind-up. You try and do it?

Unfulfilled - Everything was fine, we took a tour to Santo Domingo and Sedona. The terrible thing is that, having confirmed the return with the operator, he did not go to pick us up at the hotel to take us to the airport, which got us into serious trouble because there were no units available. We arrived late at the airport, fortunately the airport helped us and we didn't miss the flight.

Worst transfer I've seen in years - They're so bad!! Dismal attention, I hired them by taking off not knowing what they were for a transfer, not only that they arrived an hour and a half late to find my daughter who arrived on 3/9 . But they didn't have a name sign.. they asked person by person until he found them. They're the worst in Punta Cana. If I knew it was them, I would never have hired him. I feel sorry because they are Argentines like us, but the hard time they give you is priceless. ..I should have taken a taxi and asked for the return. Don't take a chance on them that ruin your vacation (buggies and Saona are horrible too with them)

Dismal Service - Dismal experience they don't wait for one to pick up suitcases and leave it lying around they said that if I wanted to be taken to the hotel I should wait for another flight to arrive I don't know how many hours but q pay transport when I already had it paid with them I asked them to call me a transport to pay for it extra and I get the surprise that they arrived car of themselves and they just wanted to charge 30 additional usd are some thieves do not comply with the contract because the contract says that they wait until 60 minutes after the agreed time and do not. I don't recommend them at all. Don't let them steal.

OF TERROR!! DANGEROUS AND STRESSFUL - OF TERROR!! Hire back and forth to the airport, on the way back they came 45 minutes late, they started to tour hotels, the super polite driver, the whole trip screaming that he came from an excursion from Santo Domingo, that he was without food, that he had not rested for many hours and that he was falling asleep on the trip! In the hotels there were lines to enter, they did not help us to put bags into the mic, so everything delayed longer, complained about tips, he was dodging cars at full speed and honking permanently so as not to fall asleep, his eyes closed, signs like he shot at cars and screamed! Not only did I think I was going to miss the flight, but I thought I was going to kill us all on the way, fourth rate! Too bad, I don't recommend it, I wrote on whatsapp to make the claim and they didn't even respond! I finished an amazing journey, totally stressed with this Service!

Horror drive and no safety belts! - Worst airport transfer ever! We had booked arrival and departure transfer through the accommodation (rental condo) who recommended their service. Upon arrival we asked for a stop at the National Supermarket not far from the airport as it has been suggested by the owner of the condo. They said the supermarket is closed which was a lie - we passed there and the parking was full of cars and according to their website, it was still open for more than two hours longer. Then we entered the bus - which was smelling and looked worn and dirty and found out there are no safety belts. We asked about that and the driver found this very funny! While driving he texted and chattet on two phones simultaneously and if this was not enough, consulted a long list. He speeded just to then stop somewhere to wait for someone to chat with, then again speeded and overtook cars with no view at all. We arrived shocked after this horror drive. Once near our condo he told us there is a supermarket we could go shopping now and which is much better than the one we wanted - we declined and went to this supermarket the day after and found it has a very limited choice. He probably gets paid if he brings in customers. It goes without saying that we cancelled our return transfer and booked with e-transfers instead who had a clean and functioning car and an educated and friendly driver and even cost less (US 30.00 instead of US 35.00 with Merenba!)
