Highlight of Our Vacation - Highlight of Our Vacation Out of all the things we did in the Dominican Republic, this tour was by far the highlight. It gave us a taste of adventure, culture, and relaxation all in one. The guides treated us like family, and we left with memories that will last forever.

The best transportation experience - It is a plesant experience, unhurried, comfortable, and excellent service, their assistance was formidable, I recommend this good transporte company , excellent.

Excellent experience - The drive over from the airport to the hotel was smooth and comfortable. The driver assisted with questions and attentive to our needs

Diamond transportation... - Diamond transportation was good and reliable. They were our transportation to and from Punta Cana airport. There was fast communication regarding my booking and very safe, I highly recommend them.

Good needs some improvements I would use again:) - My name was not written in the board but I gave my confirmation # and they found us. The driver was there in 5 mins after our flight landed. On the way back we were nervous because we received an email to say our trip was complete but I purchase roundtrip. I sent them a message on WhatsApp with confirmation # and they confirm the pick up to return to the airport. Seatbelts very loose and no way to tighten them. A/C but no wifi and no water bottles.

Trip to Hotel - Trip to hotel was uneventful. Everyone was friendly and helpful to get you to your destination. Looking forward to return trip to airport from hotel.

Bad service - We combined the previous week of us pick up at the airport, we picked our plan and we made the payment all certain. The day we arrived in Punta Cana there was no one at the airport to pick us up, we had to take another taxi and pay again! We sent messages, we called... no one responded, they didn't even view the messages. Bad attention, lack of commitment and education!

Scam alert! No show and no refund! - I trusted these reviews but they are WRONG. DO NOT book these people. They are not honest people. I booked a transfer from the Punta Cana airport to our hotel and back. The airport pick up took over an hour while we watched many many people come and go. They spent the time trying to sell us tours. Finally someone showed up, not in the car booked, and took us to our hotel. For the transfer back to the airport they NEVER showed AND NEVER REFUNDED. We waited 45 minutes past the pick up time. The driver supposedly went to the wrong hotel and then was on his way. After waiting another 20 min they admitted that no one was coming so we called a taxi and they never refunded despite saying they would. I reminded them multiple times to refund since we got no service and they never did. This is NOT a reputable company and I would definitely use a different company.

Not as advertised - They say we will be offered water & Wi-Fi, not the case. No one was holding a sign for my name & we had to wait 29 min for our vehicle when they say it would be there ready. I’m not impressed

No call No show - The driver never showed up. There was nobody to pick us up.Had to find transportation after looking for them. No communication from the company neither.
