Fantastic day - Pick up was on time , we had a great guide and boat driver. The guide gave us so much information about the history and how the islands were built , the wildlife etc and the lake . The island we visited was great and had a female chief - impressive. They showed us through using models and materials how the islands are constructed. The lunch was delicious and they catered for my vegan diet . Very good day .

Well organized trip, knowledgable tour guide - A big thanks to our guide, Abel for making this trip a memorable one. The tour company was very well organized and easy to reach out to. Miluska, helped me plan the tour and provided all information to plan everything smoothly. The price included all admission fee and the group size was very small, around 12 people. Highly recommend for someone interested in knowing more about local traditions and customs and doing this on the way in or out of Puno to Bolivia.

Memorable trip with traditional lunch and friendly guide - Had a very memorable day visiting two islands on this full day trip. The floating islands were one of the places on the top of my bucket list. The tour included all entrance fees. The weather was favorable and the guide was very friendly and passionate to share his knowledge about the place and culture. The lunch was very nice, in a restaurant overlooking the lake. The whole experience was perfect and memorable.

Spectacular and unmatched - Lake Titicaca is simply spectacular, with a breathtaking view that captivates from the first moment. The boat tour was very nice, especially when you can be on the bow and enjoy the panorama in all its magnitude. The visit to the islands of the Uros was a beautiful and enriching experience, ideal for learning about their culture and traditions. In addition, being able to enjoy local cuisine made the experience even more special. It is certainly something unmatched that I highly recommend. A place that leaves unforgettable memories

Nice full day tour with lunch included - Highly recommend them and the tour. This was the trip of a lifetime and I am glad everything went well. From the moment i booked the tour, I got a detailed itinerary on what to expect from the tour along with my pickup details. Please be minded though, they just offer transfers from hotels within the centre of Puno, fortunately I was in a hotel within. The guide was incredibly knowledgable and shared many insightful information about the place, culture and history. The second island we visited was very nice and calm and offered captivating views of the lake. The first island, was the touristic floating islands which was a unique experience although a bit touristy. The guide was always along with the group giving every detail about the place and culture.

Small group and great guide - Just returned from this full day trip of Lake Titicaca and it was perfectly organised. I was in a small group and the guide provided exceptional assistance throughout the trip. He gave us an in depth insight into the local life and how it remains untouched even after the colonial era. We were served lunch at a reaturant in Taquile. The food was authentic with quinoa and local beans and the view was absolutely amazing.

Inauthentic tour - This review isn’t aimed directly at the tour company but rather the experience on the islands. We arrived at Uros island and my partner and I found it to be rather uncomfortable. You are ushered into the local’s homes, they dress you in their clothes and then proceed to guilt trip you into buying their stuff. We also were told each island only has 1 visit every 3 weeks to further guilt trip you but upon research we found this was definitely false!! We found it to be extremely inauthentic and choreographed for your money. On top of that, we were directed onto their boat where they take you to another island. Yet once you are sat on the boat and the boat has left the island, they come around collecting money from you which isn’t optional! It is complete manipulation. The second island is much better but still very staged and it makes me sad that the people now completely rely on tourism to live. Definitely do not pay £42 either as you can get it for 30soles the day before at the port in Puno :)
