Mostly great - Communication with the venue was very good. The laminated map was helpful in terms of route finding, but could have been better for exact locations of things to look out for. Really enjoyed the experience and only had one gripe. The SUP that was mentioned as included in the cost was not available, and hadn't been for a while, as they no longer have any paddle boards. I don't know if this is a Viator issue or the venue issue, but if it's not available, it needs taking down from the site, as this was something that swayed our decision to go with this venue/booking.

Recommended - I am very satisfied with the service and the price. Very friendly and speak many languages. Ideal for families with teenagers. Recommended.

Strongly recommend - The staff were really helpful and we had an amazing trip! I was worried about not having a guide but the instructions were really clear and we didn't have any issues whatsoever.

Nice experience to try out - The staff at the Orca center was really friendlly. We opted for the guided tour since it was our first time doing it. Our guide Marin was very nice and helpfull thruout the kyaking trip and very suportive and encouraging in the snorkeling part . We really recomand the experience

Independent kayaking and snorkeling in a beautiful location, staff not very friendly - Beautiful location. Independent kayaking and snorkeling with no real time limit. Staff were not very friendly. One of our snorkels didn't work, which made the experience a little less.

Good price, cave disappointing - Good value for the price. Snorkling and kayaking was nice, but the 'cave' is not worth mentioning (15 meters long and that's it).

Good price. Fun experience - Relaxing day with the kayak. It was an unguided tour but it was fun. Rough water made it fun to explore the islands but we’d expected to experience a big cave experience exploring like Galebove stijene.

Kayak and snorkel package - Friendly and helpful staff. The kayak and snorkel trip was unguided in the immediate vicinity of the dive shop. 2 hours wasn't much time to kayak around the nearby islands and snorkel. A better value would be to buy a set of masks and fins and travel to many of the different local sites on your own time.

Horrible experience - We unfortunately had a bad experience with Orca diving. We booked kayaking and snorkeling for 4 adults and 2 hours. They were very friendly when we arrived and showed us where the kayaks are. But that was about it. No instruction nothing. After we asked the guy for a good place to snorkel he told us where to go best. This was very nice. He helped us getting into the kayaks (two persons each). Two of us are a little heavy weighted but not covering it at all. They got in the same kayak and off we went. After about 30 minutes we had to dock because one of the kayaks was full with water. After we emptied it we continued our way and stopped at a little island to snorkel. 3 of the 4 goggles were broken and ran full of water (just like the kayak lol). After we sat at the island for quite a time we continued our way back and had to stop another time halfway through because the kayak was full with water again! When we docked back at orca diving we told the guy that we had to empty the kayak twice because we were about to sink. He just told us that we might have been to heavy. Why didn’t he tell us that in the first place? Wouldn’t have been a problem at all and we would have switched our teams, even though my google research said that a normal kayak can carry 250-300kg! (We are definitely not that heavy!). Then he also told us that we could have tried to unplug a cap inside the kayak. How should we know this?! They didn’t even tell us how we had to kayak. One of us told the staff that we did not have a good time and that they could have told us all that BEFORE we started. He just said that it is ok but it is definitely not. We will never book with them again.
