Quilotoa and Cotopaxi Great Trip - Pedro was an excellent guide. We spent 3 days and 2 nights travelling to Quilotoa and Cotopaxi with Pedro. Family of 4 including two teenagers. Pedro’s English was excellent and his knowledge of Ecuador and the sights we saw was terrific. He was flexible, for example, he suggested we visit a rose farm which was not originally on our itinerary and we were able to do things at our own pace. He also drove safely and well was appreciated since it made the time on the road relaxing.
We saw a local village and artist village on the way to Quilotoa and Pedro provided good information about the things we saw. We did the hike down to the lake at Quilotoa which was great. The following day we hiked around the rim. Pedro recommended we hike counter clockwise which was a great tip since there is a steep descent from the highest point on the rim if you go clockwise and we tackled the hardest part of the hike early on. Note:We are in decent shape but the altitude is definitely a factor. The day in Cotopaxi was also fun. We hiked to the refuge and around the lagoon and then had a very nice lunch at a restaurant nearby which Pedro recommended.
Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend Real Dreams (who were responsive and provided excellent customer service) and Pedro as a guide.

Great Time Outside Quito!! - Had a good time traveling to Otovalo Market , but before that we went to different spots prior to the market. It was a long & exciting Travel- learned a lot about Ecuador . Thanks to our Tour Guide Pedro for a wonderful excursion.
