Very good - Being in Puerto Varas we decided to do the full day excursion to Petrohue jumps, sailing on Lake Todos Los Santos to reach Peulla and then we took a sailing excursion on the Rio Negro. We did it for the company turistour and met the established schedules. First you have a trip of about 45 minutes by micro to the jumps to descend and visit them that I recommend because fantastic and in environment too. Then we arrive at the port where we embark on a 1.45 minute journey to Peulla. The views are impressive especially of the Osorno volcano and what I recommend is to do the excursion on a clear day because otherwise you will not see it. Peulla is very small there are two hotels one abandoned and one in Functioning, if you want you can have lunch there and if not take something to eat and drink and picnic. Then we did the river navigation with guide that was excellent and to get there we went in a group adapted to the place and cross part of the river with it, it is worth also seeing birds like a Martin Pescador and enjoy the silence of the place. And then the return that gets a little long because the entrance to the city is slow. I recommend it.

Wonderful day. - The optional excursion from Puella is fabulous. The lunch too was amazing. Whole day was extremely well spent.

Incredible tour - Amazing walk! It is a must if you are in Puerto Varas. The bus leaves right in front of the agency and the return is at the end of the day. We went with our 7-year-old daughter who loved! Even the boat ride to get there is “long”, around 1h50, the time passes so fast... and we contracted inside the boat even the Exploration 4x4 tour. We got there and we already embarked on the exploration, we passed through a farm, fed the animals... Then we went to a river and there is included a quick but very pleasant boat ride. We arrived at the hotel Natura and had lunch there but there is not much choice, there is only the dish with entry, main and dessert. There are other options in the menu but not accessible to non-guests (this was the only part I did not like the tour, lack of choice in the restaurant).

A magical tour - The whole experience is amazing and majestic. The whole tour is inside Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. It departs at 08.00 with a bus trip, which is accompanied by the voice of Guillermo, a didactic and humorous guide, who takes the time to explain not only the history of the places visited, but also the people who compose it.
First you will travel to the Petrohué Saltos, where you have to pay a $2,600 pesos ticket for Chileans. There are approximately 30 minutes to admire the jumps, take pictures, visit the souvenir shops on site, and taste the delicious kuchens in the cafeteria.
After this the bus leaves on its way to a port, to take a catamaran on the way to Villa Peulla, which will travel for about two hours along Lake All Saints. Deorbitant passages, green mountains embrace the path of the emerald-colored lake, one can go outside and enjoy the caresses of the wind while filling the lungs with air so pure that it is nowhere else to be found. The catamaran features comfortable seating, clean bathrooms and a cafeteria that, while relatively expensive, has a great range of food, drinks, and drinks. During the tour there is no internet signal, so it is advisable to take a book, or download a podcast to listen while admiring the landscapes.
Upon arriving at Villa Peulla, one is struck by the unusual landscape. Large green hills surrounded by the emerald lake, many wetlands, animals and, if you are lucky with the weather, a beautiful sky. Either walking or on buses that are there you arrive at Hotel Natura, where you will find the only negative point of the tour, lunch, which is not included, costs $24,000 pesos (without drinks) for a meal that is not up to the rest of the place. Apart from that, the landscapes are simply indescribably beautiful.
In Peulla you can choose to walk, or pay for a 4x4 tour, horseback riding, trekking, or various adventure tourism tours (all at an extra cost on admission). Personally I opted for the 4x4, which took us to the heart of the island, walking its paths, crossing lakes, to leave us on a small barge that takes us to navigate an inner lake, where when they reach the center, they turn off the engine of the boat to connect with the serenity of nature.
It is approximately 4 and a half hours that one has to enjoy Peulla, at the end, the same catamaran and bus will take care of leaving you at the starting point of the morning, at approximately 19.00 hours.
One can’t wait to spend more time in Peulla or Vicente Rozales Park, but the tour is an excellent introduction for those who want to get into Chilean Patagonia.

Memorable ballad - We enjoyed a clear day which allowed us to see the beauty of the lake and the surrounding mountains and volcanoes.

The boat ride, while... - The boat ride, while pretty, was very long. There wasn’t very much to do once in Peulla except eat lunch at the hotel and pay for extra excursions (and a very short walk to a waterfall). For those looking for active day I would choose a different trip.

Mooring of activities in Peulla - The place itself is beautiful, it's the second time I go and the views are wonderful. However, this year I got a bad experience from the tourism company that sold us the trip. We bought the barge tickets in the cafeteria of Lake All Saints. The girl also offered us 3 activities that could be done when arriving in Peulla (Canopy, Horseback Riding and Safari). We chose Canopy (it was the most expensive thing) and the girl told us that during the afternoon they would send me to whatsapp the reservation code and confirmation. In the afternoon this girl talks to me saying that the Canopy was "cooped" and that I could change it for the Safari that was cheaper and gave me the difference back. We really didn't want that activity and I asked him about the rides and he told me he didn't have it available either. So we had to access the Safari. The next day when we arrived in Peulla, we were surprised that the Canopy was not working, it was even with "no pass" fences and also the horseback ridings were not performing them. We realized that these activities were never covered, but were not being carried out. This left us feeling very bitter, as they offer us activities that are not available, and then tell you that they are cupped and tie you to the other activity that is the Safari.

I do not recommend - This tour starts with a Bus ride to Petrohue with spectacular landscape. The second stage is a boat ride on the All Saints Lake to Peulla. It is undoubtedly stunning! Upon reaching Peulla the problems begin.
We have 4 hours free in a small village of 45 inhabitants where there is nothing to do but a small circuit to see a waterfall that lasts a maximum of 40min. To occupy the rest of the time it is proposed that you take a horse ride or a “photographic safari” which are not included and you will have to pay 24,000 pesos extra.
The other problem is the lunch which is not included in the tour but in Peulla you only have one lunch option which is the Hotel and you will have to pay 20,000-30,000 pesos for lunch
To aggravate my discomfort is not made the scheduled stop at Perrohue Jumping for a matter of natural light... a completely stupid excuse!
