- Canal De Chacao - Here, a ferry will be taken to navigate the Chacao Channel, which separates the mainland from Isla Grande de Chiloé. During the 45-minute journey, there will be opportunities to observe sea lions, pelicans, and marine birds native to this region.
- Chacao - Arrival at Chacao town, one of the oldest on the island, founded in 1567. Visitors can enjoy the Plaza de Armas, admire typical larch wood constructions, and visit the church of San Antonio de Chacao.
- Quemchi - Arrival in Quemchi offers a chance to explore its stunning Costanera, famously dubbed the commune of 1000 landscapes by writer Francisco Coloane. The journey continues to Aucar, the Island of Navigating Souls, accessible via a 430-meter wooden bridge.
- Dalcahue - The next stop is Dalcahue, a city opposite Isla de Quinchao, featuring a waterfront with a gastronomic and handicraft market offering spectacular views. The Fair will be visited, and a walk to the Nuestra Señora De Los Dolores Church, a typical Chilote structure and World Heritage Site, will be taken.
- Castro - The trip will then proceed to Castro, the capital of Isla Grande de Chiloé. A stop will be made to photograph the Palafitos (houses on stilts over the water), and visits to the San Francisco Church in front of the city square and its Craft Market will be included.
- Puerto Varas - In the afternoon, following this remarkable visit, the return to Puerto Varas is scheduled for approximately 6:00 PM.
