Amazing experience - Amazing experience. Everyone was super nice and comforting. Beautiful view and restaurant was superb. Bring your own bug spray or you will pay $14 bucks for a bottle.

Zip zip zip - Travelers need to gain clarification of the meeting spot. Other than that, the tour was amazing, friendly staff.

Unique experience - It was spectacular has an incredible view of the mountains is a very exciting experience, although I am fencerta I had not had the opportunity to see how lucky we are to have these wonders of nature, the price really according to what you enjoy is worth paying, plus the super professional and attentive guide made us feel at home in addition to providing us security at all times, super recommended this activity!! Thank you and we hope to return very soon!

Great Option for Cruisers - A very fun experience! The zip lines were fast and long and gave us great views of the canopy river park. It took the bus about 45 minutes from the cruise port, the activity itself took about 2 hours and then it took about 50 minutes to get back to the boat. The restaurant at Canopy River Park was surprisingly tasty with reasonable prices. Would do again.

Flying through the air was great. - The crew was very kind and helpful. The zip lines were absolutely fabulous. There was a lot of uphill climbing just for you who may not be aware. Walking across the bridge was scary but fun. The doggie rides a little crazy, sometimes donkeys don’t wanna move. All in all it was a really great trip.

Super fun! - It was a really fun experience! Not scary at all. All Staff are super helpful and friendly. Thank you Misael, Luis and everyone else! We would do it again!

Face your fears - The whole experience. The guides were fantastic. My friend is scared of heights and it was a fear facer. They so helped her she did it 🫣

Ziplines - It was ok.. zip lines are average. Nothing crazy. Just average for the money. I would never do it again. It goes quick and then it’s over. Then they want tips for an average experience.

Dissapointing experience ! I don’t recommend . - We were picked up in time from the tour company office in an open car, that took us to River Park. The girls at the office were nice and professional. But … this was a very disorganized tour once we left the office. We got different colour bracelets at arrival and ushered inside the park grounds to be given the harnesses and hats. Every couple minutes we had to ask which side to go too, as everyone was all over the place , no matter which tour they had ( different number of lines for different tours ). We were then assigned a crew , I just remembered Diego’s name, who was very nice . You had to hike a bit between the lines , lucky us they thought of having water at different locations, as it was so hot. I have done ziplining so many times , and this is the only one I did not like. Very rushed, very impersonal , felt like I was running not be be left alone in the jungle. Right before the Jorullo Bridge lots of other groups caught with us and it got even more confusing about the direction to go too. We then were told to cross the bridge by ourselves ! Each person crossed at their own pace, along with people from other groups and even some vehicles . I kept thinking how unsafe this tour was. Imagine falling or something like that . There was no employee in sight, except from when we had to go down the lines. At the end of the activity a few of us from my group went to the same place we left from to return the harnesses and hats . By the way, no gloves were provided and everyone was complaining how sweaty their palms were! The only person that came with us at the end and helped was Diego, the rest of the crew was nowhere to be seen. Tequila testing ?! How about not? One of the girls in the group went to the table where the tequila bottles were set. By the time I got there, the guy barely bothered to offer a taste and rushed inside with that girl, who wanted to purchase a bottle. He never excused himself or said he will return. I left. Another person came by to ask if we want to leave with the car at 1,20 pm , and insisted that the next one is one hour after that . These people seriousely wanted us out of there as much as possible . . How about asking if we want to eat at the restaurant on site first ?! Nah… what a disorganized mess. I decided to leave at 1,20 pm , as this business clearly did not care about its patrons . These people don’t deserve tips, yet the drivers ( both times ) had the audacity to ask for it at every stop .why? For doing their job?!! Give me a break . At the end the driver dropped everyone at their hotels , except for me. I told him before we left that I will like to get off at Malecon , instead of taking me to my hotel. He agreed but then he forgot about it and when I told him the stop before the last, he told me that Malecon is 5 min Uber ride away . Really ?! Rude much? Then he refused to take me to my hotel, saying that is too far. So no, I do not recommend this tour to anyone. Now I know why it has only 6 reviews lol

Horrible everything at this place!!!!! Avoid like the plague. - Absolutely horrible place to go!!! Did this excursion in 2022 and was awesome. I decide to bring my entire family for their first zip line experience and now all of a sudden they implement new rules for “safety” that end up benefiting them by charging ridiculous rates for pictures. Last time I went, I was able to take my phone and take my own pictures. The worker Juan Garcia was dismissive and cared less to even talk to me. I asked for his manager Luis Aguirre and told me I was lying to him. I then showed him the pictures of our last visit and gave me a stupid look, then agreed with me and apologized after proof was provided. I will never recommend this place to anyone and if Viator keeps supporting these companies, I will never use them again either. I go to Puerto Vallarta every two years and do an average of 3-5 excursions when I’m there. With 5 people. I spent over 1500.00 on excursions and to be honest, not worth it anymore. From the constant give me a tip routine and the excursions not being as good anymore and their staff at this place being horrible now, I definitely will never go back to this company.
