La Fortaleza - Departure is scheduled for 8 am, embarking on a 3-hour journey to Tequila. Along the way, there will be a stop to enjoy some of the finest birria tacos for a quick lunch. At approximately 1 pm, a 2-hour tasting session with the renowned Fortaleza will commence.
