Great hike…kinda hard - Did the hike with Felix and Jerry. Great time. Felix was very informative regarding plants, spiders, etc… Look out platform at the end was amazing. Such beautiful views.

A place to connect with nature - The first advice I give to travelers is to go directly may be through the Uber app or if you rented a car you can go directly the agencies charge a lot of money and directly in the bureau is cheaper and you can choose the activities you want to do. The place is wonderful the great attention the landscapes and amazing views all very well thought out to take care of the habitad. It has a hotel in which you can stay has a restaurant, swimming pool with a view of the great mountains, I recommend not to skip the Tour of the glass viewpoint that is quite a wonder in short is a place to connect with nature and enjoy it in all its aspects. A very important fact is recommended to dress in sportswear and comfortable shoes.

It turned into a completely private, exclusive tour, and we had the entire glass platform to ourselves with nothing but breathtaking views all around. Our guide, Freddie, was fantastic—knowledgeable, warm, and clearly passionate about the area. He made the experience even more special with his stories, fun facts, and care throughout the journey. The views over the Sierra Madre and the Cuale River are just stunning, and standing on the glass platform truly takes your breath away. This is the kind of memory you never forget. Absolutely recommend this tour—go if you can, and if you’re lucky, you might just get it all to yourselves too!

Beautiful hike, great views, fantastic birds - We went hiking with Daniel as our guide. It was an amazing experience. It was during dry season - definitely make sure you have good shoes, because the dry soil can be a bit soft on the downhill. Plenty of water is provided. The views are amazing! Being up in the mountains provides some incredible panoramic views over the ocean and jungle. The number of fantastic bird sightings we had was great, and we were able to see a number of green macaws in flight. Daniel was an exceptional guide. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. I would happily take an excursion with him again!

Great little hike! - Amazing hike, we had a small group and the hike was pretty easy because we were walking downhill for most of it! Great views and loved our guide Rafael. Bring good shoes and stretch your calves before you go and you'll be fine!

Great hiking experience - I took my college kid and high schooler there. We chose the hiking option and Rafael was our tour guide. He was very nice and friendly. He helped us out a lot and always tried to make our experience fun and relaxing. Thank you!

Skip the hike. It’s a boring walk downhill and then have to wait hour and half after for ride back - Worst paid “hike”, we’ve ever been on. It was ATV ride to the top and walking down the mountain for a bit. We finished and were told we’d have to wait an hour and a half before the bus would take us back. No. Heck no. Boring. Poorly timed. So the such great reviews maybe it is just the hike that is really bad. Maybe the rest of the adventures are worth it. There was a better hike behind my hotel.

Mara -zona romántica office-HORRIBLE customer service!!! - I want to start off by saying that the actual ATV tour itself was amazing. I give that 10 stars. Plus we were a party of eight adults and had an amazing time. Everything was wonderful. From the moment. We got there to the moment. We left the issue and the problem. I have the reason why I am only giving this three stars is due to their Front Office attendant clerk. Her name is MARA-she’s a late 30s early. 40 Hispanic woman pregnant. Currently she arrived to her location. About 25 minutes late. When she was supposed to be there. My husband coincidentally bumped into her and my husband made a comment and said oh the lady that’s supposed to open the office isn’t there and she was very rude to him and pushed through. Also, once I was filling out the paperwork for the tour. She was very short, arrogant rude, and just unprofessional. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what her situation was. but the way she spoke to me, and a couple other individuals was very disrespectful and uncalled for. I definitely believe that she should be spoken to because that is no way to treat. You’re paying customers. If it wasn’t for this horrible interaction, we had with her. This would’ve been the perfect event. She unfortunately ruined our morning check-in time with her bad attitude and personality. They should not have people like her at the front desk. She was very short, quick tempered and defensive with many of the paying customers that were the morning of 6/29/25!
