Great hike! - We had a great time on our hiking tour! Moses did an incredible job, the views were amazing and we loved it! It is a longer adventure than 2 hours. All and all we got to the check in at 7am and didn’t get back to the resort until 1:30 so plan accordingly.

Do this hike!!! - Beautiful and invigorating hiking experience! Our guides Omar and Esteban were informative and hilarious! Highly recommended!

The restaurant after your... - The restaurant after your activities is really good, so don't eat much for breakfast. The hike, which hardly anybody does, was really great; it is not for everyone. It was a bit over an hour and had some very steep uphills. It is winter but it was hot and humic on the hike, most of which was shady. We saw exotic trees and vines, heard and saw macaws and parakeets, and the glass platform is really cool. It has a commanding view of Jurullo Mountain. The best part was my guide Polo, who was understanding about me going slow on uphills and needing some short breaks. He was very knowledgeable about the natural world, having grown up nearby.

What an amazing experience - The scenery was beautiful. The hike was challenging for someone who does not do this often. But the tour guides were very understanding and took their time with. Once at the platform the hike was totally worth it. The views were amazing

Great hike…kinda hard - Did the hike with Felix and Jerry. Great time. Felix was very informative regarding plants, spiders, etc… Look out platform at the end was amazing. Such beautiful views.

A place to connect with nature - The first advice I give to travelers is to go directly may be through the Uber app or if you rented a car you can go directly the agencies charge a lot of money and directly in the bureau is cheaper and you can choose the activities you want to do. The place is wonderful the great attention the landscapes and amazing views all very well thought out to take care of the habitad. It has a hotel in which you can stay has a restaurant, swimming pool with a view of the great mountains, I recommend not to skip the Tour of the glass viewpoint that is quite a wonder in short is a place to connect with nature and enjoy it in all its aspects. A very important fact is recommended to dress in sportswear and comfortable shoes.

We did the tour on horses and very mop. - Very good horseback riding tour with Gerardo very docile and obedient animals, very good restaurant food, is petfrienly

It turned into a completely private, exclusive tour, and we had the entire glass platform to ourselves with nothing but breathtaking views all around. Our guide, Freddie, was fantastic—knowledgeable, warm, and clearly passionate about the area. He made the experience even more special with his stories, fun facts, and care throughout the journey. The views over the Sierra Madre and the Cuale River are just stunning, and standing on the glass platform truly takes your breath away. This is the kind of memory you never forget. Absolutely recommend this tour—go if you can, and if you’re lucky, you might just get it all to yourselves too!

Mara -zona romántica office-HORRIBLE customer service!!! - I want to start off by saying that the actual ATV tour itself was amazing. I give that 10 stars. Plus we were a party of eight adults and had an amazing time. Everything was wonderful. From the moment. We got there to the moment. We left the issue and the problem. I have the reason why I am only giving this three stars is due to their Front Office attendant clerk. Her name is MARA-she’s a late 30s early. 40 Hispanic woman pregnant. Currently she arrived to her location. About 25 minutes late. When she was supposed to be there. My husband coincidentally bumped into her and my husband made a comment and said oh the lady that’s supposed to open the office isn’t there and she was very rude to him and pushed through. Also, once I was filling out the paperwork for the tour. She was very short, arrogant rude, and just unprofessional. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what her situation was. but the way she spoke to me, and a couple other individuals was very disrespectful and uncalled for. I definitely believe that she should be spoken to because that is no way to treat. You’re paying customers. If it wasn’t for this horrible interaction, we had with her. This would’ve been the perfect event. She unfortunately ruined our morning check-in time with her bad attitude and personality. They should not have people like her at the front desk. She was very short, quick tempered and defensive with many of the paying customers that were the morning of 6/29/25!
