Sayulita tour - Chema and driver, who i think was Julio, were a wealth of knowledge on local customs, history and foods. We were a group of 16, the stop for lunch was great, the chocolate stop didn’t have enough room for us all to get inside so those not in the shop missed the talk. There wasn’t enough time for lunch and shopping in Sayulita. The stop in San Pancho was also quite short due to a medical issue which the tour guides handles very well. Commendations for that! Enjoyed the tour and guides. 10/10

We saw so much on this tour!!!! - Our guide and driver were amazing!! We visited fantastic local spots to shop for candy and jewelry, visited a tequila maker, walked around adorable San Pancho, ate lunch at an outstanding beachfront restaurant in Sayulita, and met other visitors from across Mexico, the US, and Canada. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see an area very different from Puerto Vallarta. Complemented our vacation nicely!

Fun day long adventure! - This was a full day adventure! Hugo, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our driver David was also great. We had quite a few interesting stops on our way to Salyulita, which my friend and I enjoyed. We had lots of shopping opportunities everywhere we stopped, which was super fun and the restaurant we had lunch was delicious. Make sure to have a snack before the tequila tasting!!! If you choose to be picked up, make sure to triple check the arrangements. The only downside to my experience was I was emailed pick up instructions and times for one tour company 48 hours before the trip and then it was changed to a different company the night before via what’s app, which I didn’t see until the morning of, so it was a very confusing start to the day. But that may be a Viator thing more than anything else. Overall it was a great value for a full day excursion!

Not Enough Time - The trip to Sayulita and San Pancho were nice. I wish we would have had a longer time to explore the small towns. We stopped at a candy stand and jewelry shop that took extra time. The tequila tasting was nice. The restaurant at Sayulita took FOREVER cutting into our experience.

Too much sales - We spent too much time at jewelry store and tequila tasting hacienda and very little at Sayulita and San Pancho. I didn’t know I signed up for sales. Change name to Sayulita and San Pancho SALES tour. Tequila tasting guy said inappropriate comments when trying to be funny. Driver and JosĂ© were great.

Itinerary Not Followed and Tour Time Significantly Shortened - We were picked up late and the itinerary was not followed. San Pancho was reduced to only 30 minutes, and overall tour time was significantly shortened. This experience did not match what was advertised and is not recommended.

Needed more time to explore the cities - This experience could have been better. The stay in San Pancho was very very brief, did not really get to adventure at all. The trip to Sayulita was a bit worse. Sayulita is such a great town and we wanted to explore way more, however, the restaurant that they make you go to (not included by the way) took so long. We waited in the restaurant for about 1.5-2 hours and only had 20-30 minutes to explore the town. The food was also disappointing

Time Waster! - Huge waste of time. Spent three hours in the van, picking up other guests, before even getting to San Pancho. No water offered. No bathroom breaks offered. Then brought to a random jewelry shop, spent way too much time there, then forced to have lunch at the tequila ranch (food was good but would have rather had lunch in Sayulita). It was only after 6 hours we finally made it to Sayulita where we only got one hour to explore. We were offered two hours but by that time we were done for the day. Tour guide, Freddy, was nice but did not offer much knowledge and did not explain much of where we were going and why we spent so much time outside of Sayulita. We ended up ubering back to our hotel to avoid another 3 hours in the van dropping off the other guests. HUGE disappointment.
