Excellent Evening Sailing in Bahia Banderas - This was a great trip. The boat was clean, and not overcrowded. The staff was very nice and super attentive. The drinks were plentiful and they served us a nice snack tray. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset and would definitely do this again.

Amazing Sunset Tour - The sunset sailing tour is beyond excellent. The experience was worth every dollar. Edgar the photographer takes amazing photos. Sergio and his crew (Jaime, Yonni and Edgar) are really outstanding.
Highly recommend booking this tour. Don’t worry about whether or not the sunset will be perfect; it doesn’t matter. You will get beautiful views, incredible pictures by your phone and even better pictures from Edgar, and an overall experience that will stay in your memory forever. Also the open bar and snacks are worth the price of the tour on their own (and we are not big drinkers).

Nice boat and beautiful scenery - It was a beautiful experience going on the sail boat. The sunset on the day we went was with some scattered clouds but still very pretty. There was also a photographer who was very professiobal but know that there are extra charge if you like to buy the photos. The boat was nice and clean with bathroom on board.

Fun activity - The crew, Sergio, Yohn and Frank made this an enjoyable experience. Drinks were plentiful, food ok. Sailed along the beautiful Malecon after sunset

Remember to Tip or they’ll talk smack - This was great! The experience was fun. The photos were mediocre but we purchased for $50. Again we took better pics with our phone but at the end a comment was made that our tip at the end was not satisfactory. Neither were the photos but we still paid for them. It was not necessary and embarrassing…

Terrible Experience! Be cautious before booking this - This is a lengthy post but this is a cautionary tale for everyone booking through nexus in puerto Vallarta
We booked our “luxury sunset sailing” tour from our resort with the nexus agent whose name is: Gomez Cuevas Juan Antonio. The sunset cruise was set to leave from Vallart Adventures. We very specifically informed the agent that my wife is 5 months pregnant and we have elderly parents with us as well to make sure the ride was safe for all of them to which he reassured us that it was a smooth sail. We additionally asked regarding weather conditions as it had been previously raining for the past few days, to which he replied that if the weather is bad, they will refund the money in full. Great we thought. Now we get to Vallart Adventures, the weather looked cloudy, we boarded and 10 mins into our 2.5hr tour and it started to POUR!!! The boat felt extremely unsafe with very windy, choppy water and lightening strikes very close to us. There was no turning back now, the staff played it off as it’s a normal occurrence. As we finally head back to the dock 2.5hrs, one of the staff has all of the passengers fill out an incident report and offered us a free tour with them again at a later date, which we declined as we were leaving the next day. We were told by Vallarta Adventures to fill out our incident report and take it to our agent as they had nothing to do with it. We went back to Mr.Gomez who verbally told us he got the report and that he’d refund the money by the end of the day as he promised us if the weather was bad. Welllll fast forward to two months later, nothing came of it. No money refunded. We were blatantly lied to. We tried to fight the case through our credit card company but that didn’t work because we unfortunately didn’t have anything in writing. Be very very careful with both Nexus and Vallarta Adventures. Terrible costumer service and fake promises. Avoid booking them until the day of and you know with certainty that the weather is safe!
