Try your skills at making dishes like chiles rellenos, tamales, tacos, and fish ceviche. You might even prepare mole poblano and discover the more than 27 ingredients, including chocolate, that make up this delightful sauce. Conclude with a Margarita or a fine Tequila!

The highlight of this class is enjoying the meal you’ve prepared. Sit down to savor a well-deserved feast and engage in delightful conversation with the chef. All of this takes place in an authentic and welcoming “Mi Casa tu Casa” setting.

Monday: Indulge in a taco feast featuring street-style pork tacos, tortillas, salsas, and guacamole.
Tuesday: Delight in chocolate mole, Mexican rice, and Poblano cream soup, all crafted from scratch using cherished family recipes.
Wednesday: Dive into seafood and fish day with ceviche, Mexican-style shrimp, octopus or fish BBQ, accompanied by tortillas and guacamole.
Thursday: Enjoy tamales and chiles rellenos, complemented by salsas, guacamole, and tortillas.
Friday: Savor the best of Jalisco with birria in adobo sauce, sopes with guacamole, salsas, and homemade tortillas.

Daily: Participate in a margarita cocktail lesson.
